  • Are you trying to spoil people eyea

  • This fuckin stupid all this 3d shit on here is corney theres nuttin dat im interested n on here waste of fuckin money i shldve got another android.

  • The guy who made this video is fucking stupid how is this supost to be 3d

  • Yo watching these videos with a 3DS really does work!! No more crossing my eyes for me, it does it for you! I suggest getting one if you're into 3D!

  • i use parrallel and cross eyed

  • There is no option for crosseyed? Wtf?

  • @Sniffy92 I get x eye as the second option down in the drop down menu.

wtf ? :) are you Sara Palin?

  • @MarbleMad

"wtf ? :) are you Sara Palin?"

Wow. brainwashed retard much? Clearly your the type who hangs out in lefty blog sites and has no friends. Fucking loser.

Oh, and you spelled Sarah wrong. Dumbass.

  • @MarbleMad

Oh, I see your from the UK. That explains a lot. Government funded news. Yeah, that's real smart there. Clearly there's no problems there. Don't you brits have more riots to conduct because you've spent everyone elses money?

  • @Eterna1Soldier EH? wtf has this verbal squermish got to do with 3d video?

  • 1:43 When you pause it and look inside the bus... wow. Now that's true 3D! :D

  • My eyes are stuck... Shit.

  • why glasgow ( i live there )

  • This is ART

  • How to do cross eyed.

Cross your eyes like you normally would do, now you'll see two "copies" of the video. Try to make the left side of the right and the right side on the left to connect to eachother and focus on middle one. You might have to tilt your head so the two images fit together.

  • @Chekkogrnteam I was (better: I am) used to use parallel, but there's a size restriction: for parallel viewing, it's impossible to work with big images (like from 2,5 inches width).

Since I'm used to parallel, cross-eyed seens VERY VERY difficult to achieve.

    :(

    I'll try with a mirror.

  • It's like I'm really there! lol, so now google needs to go reshoot so we can have 3d streetview...

  • i have 3d glasses for IMAX 3d theatre but can someone tell me how to get 3d about this video, and which option to use.

  • Wow, I feel like I'm actually there. It's so cool!

  • You need 3d glasses to view this because, I can do the parallel one but this one has the red/greenish out lines and only one picture how do you view this without glasses?

  • No offence, this 3D cross eye thing is pretty awesome, but the vids are kind of boring. Sort of like when movies started being made, everyone wasn't really impressed by the movie, but impressed that it was a moving picture. I'm just saying these types of videos could be a lot better.

  • @Owldude7 yeah i know they need to get inventeve

the tech will not move forward unless there are more of avatar movies/clips.

Where the story is good even if it doesnt use 3d.

  • YAY!!! I learned how to cross-eye! It really looks amazing!

  • cross eyed is awesome if you know how to do it

  • I did it and it;s so clear unbelievable

  • wow! this is amazing

  • Great video!

    Brilliant idea

  • Could you please tell me what camera equipment you used to shoot this stereo movie? I'm really interested in making something like this myself.

  • I used 2 sony DSCv-3 cameras _ 2 remote controlles which I've hacked so they send identical commands to the 2 cameras simultaneously. I then used an arduino microcontroller to activate my remotes once ever 4 seconds or so.

There are simpler ways of doing this :)

  • Thanks for the response!

Ohh, I see. Two cameras sounds like an expensive solution. But that explains why the video is so steady, something not achievable if you were shifting one camera back and forth. (Never mind how annoying that would be...)

    Nice work, and cool stuff!

  • @MarbleMad Can't you just use one camera and put the video next to each-other in an edit-program?

  • @Pvemaster2

No. the 3d effect is achieved by having 2 vides from 2 slightly different view points.

  • @MarbleMad No offense or anything, but I think the distance between the two cameras is too small. I don't experience the 3D effect at all. The pictures seem to be almost identical. What angle and distance between the lenses did you use?

  • @Jorickhoofd It's around 6 or 7 cm. Yeh I could have used hyper-stereo but I think it would have been excessive in this case. the details you're observing are quite close. I'm getting the 3D effect quite well with this one.

  • @MarbleMad Is the Hyper-Stereo method based on just a larger distance between the cams or on the angle between them so that they converge slightly?

    Interesting stuff. :)

  • @Jorickhoofd It's based on just the distance between the cameras. The angle is something you can play with in post production and mainly controls where the image appears in relation to the screen plane. For example, everything appears behind the screen in this video. Contrast that with my Paper Kinetic Horse 3D where the subject bursts through the screen. Both use 6cm stereo separation but the horse has a more convergent view. My Locomotive video has a separation of 10cm, slightly hyper stereo

  • @MarbleMad Thanks! Very interesting!

  • @MarbleMad

I use a pair of Sony TRV-350 cameras, synchronized by one remote with two fiber-optic cables that lead to each camera sensor. But no intervalometer,

  • I wish you could set the player to swap channels every frame...

  • cooles video

  • Yayy

    I got 3 monitors now

  • Fantastic video, the effect was perfect. These fixed shot videos work best for me; when other videos change scene or shot, I usually struggle to focus for a few seconds afterwards, so it was good to have time to enjoy the effect in this video.

  • cross your eyes so you see four images. then slowly uncross until you see 3. focus on the center one and relax your eyes. if its blurry then you need to move your distance from the computer.

  • Cool video, looks good on Optimized (Dubois) with my red/cyan paper glasses. Good job!

  • kool

  • just try to look through your nose, and you'll get the idea

  • mirror split is aweosme

  • looks amazing with glasses..well done

  • HELP

    I CANT DO IT!

  • Wow, awesome man, really great work.

  • if anyone can't get the crossed eyed thing to work try looking at still pictures first its the same thing but just not moving.

you can also go onto google images and type in stereograms/stereographs and look at thos

  • YAY i finally got the crosseye thing to work for me!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great quality!

  • Gz, i got it too :D

  • how? i don't get it.

  • try holding a pencil up in front of your eyes and focusing on it, moving it until the image in the background is in focus. Then slowly remove the pencil and keep your eyes still (the hardest part☺) once you can see the "middle" image just relax your eyes and try to keep it in focus. google "cross eyed free viewing" for more help

  • wooooow this movie have the strongest effect.10x

  • COOOOL!! the 3d effect is so much better then the red/blue glasses because this is full color.. red/blue is like black and white 3d.

  • :-)

  • more!

  • if you insist :)

  • Awesome! Love the 3D.
