@twilliamsusmc Cause The muppets depict life in the real world. There HAS to be an "Oscar the Grouch" everywhere. Me personally, I like bluegrass regardless of who plays it. I find that I don't get to hear it much cause it makes my feet move and I gotta get up!

@shamrock4500 Yeah, My kids adore her music, they're always stomping around and clapping their hands its hilarious to watch them and my kids would have never found they liked this kind of music had it not been for youtube Mean Mary is their favorite out of a lot of fiddling and banjo playing I've bookmarked.

I have a resonator banjo, but whats the difference with open back?? Is the open back banjo louder or crisper?

Typically the sound is a bit plunkier with open back and doesn't ring like a resonator banjo. I play All styles on my open back and prefer it over the resonator type...All depends on preference and type of music. The resonator usually is louder.

the james gang is really neat ,especially mean mary she has got fiddle playin charmed like no other i have ever seen ,the song she is singing is one she and her mother wrote it is really good if you listen to the words and beat you will shuffle your feet right along to it ,sugar creek mountain wow, im just learning to play and there music and style is very inspiring ,i cant believe the attendence was so small it wasnt because of the music ,god bless thank you james gang

On the attendance. It was the first day (Friday) of the festival and they were the very first act to perform on the main stage after the opening ceremonies. It was about 10:30am

They had much better audiences throughout the rest of the festival
