if you take atention you´ll chek how they are counting tempos and fitting riffs in diferent parts of 4/4 or 5 past tense, for example 1,2,3 (on 3 one riff) 4,5,6 another one, 7,8,9 another one and 10 they change riff.. check they faces counting!!! it is the reason for how we say that is metal math... god blees you my friend!!!

When I went to my first Meshuggah concert, I was taken aback by how hard it was to not stand and watch the talent. Basically, you have to listen to the cymbals. Cymbals play in 4/4. Just find where they're at then start jumping/headbanging/FUCKING SHIT UP to that tempo.
