This mission reminds me of a sniper story I heard about on a tv show sniper 1 shot 1 kill. It was a story where a USMC sniper in the Vietnam War crawled by MG nests and all the way behind enemy lines to take out the enemy leader with an amazing shot and get away unscaved. They called it a suicide mission because the odds were stacked against him but he received the medal of honor for his troubles. Best mission in Call of Duty games period...Love it and its so much fun.

@badturkali Well, what I was saying is that in this game, there's deadly radiation. In real life, however, it's perfectly safe. Current day Pripyat is safe to visit for short trips and I myself would like to visit the city someday. :)

This was the last call of duty game with a good single player. I used to love this series now Activision is milking it into oblivion. I don't blame them from a business standpoint but god surely with the money they make they could try to make a game on par with cod4. The series is now the equivalent of a Michael Bay film, it used to be about being a soldier in a war situation.
