without even going to gym . slip on a nyk vest

You get benefits of weight training by wearing a weight vest by NYKNYC

I got the vest and strengthened bone-, I even look better.

I am busy and do not go to the gym, if I had the time I I still would not gom its stupid and boring .

latest studies how vegans have bad bones! eat meat . Also fixed my diet up with adding meats (yes) and milk(YES)

Watched the hip video and asked for advice for spine - I will be building this exercise into my routine - I am a member of the save our bones programme since june 10 - trying very hard to follow the programme as i was taking bonviva for 2yrs 9 mths - came off during dental treatment which is ongoing!!!!!! I should of never been precribed those drugs at the age of 44, now 47 feeling better already, just need my jaw to heal - fingers crossed - so i can move on...

@10Hussy so sorry to hear that your jaw was affected by the bone density drugs. My doctor just prescribed to me Alendronic Acid and told me that the side effects are only written on the leaflet inside to legally protect the pharmaceutical companies, but that those side effects are not real! Well, luckily I found Vivian's save our bones website just in time, I took alendronic acid and felt very ill, but I am not going to continue, I am going to immediately try Vivian's programme! @bluefairyuk I have been prescribed fosamax plus d and when i looked it up the first thing i see is lawyers ! Because in some cases it has decreased bone mass and caused more fractures ! I am terrified because I have had many many broken bones starting when i was a child i was run over and in a body cast for 9 months ! this going through double door after double door and lights passing overhead has left me terrified of doctors I am a man now 37 years old but i can not have another break !
