  • very helpful! im in my third trimester and i have sooo much pain in my hips, back, and thighs but i think i need to slow down on doing these poses because now i have a lot o cramping in my stomach.

  • loved this video!!! Gave me so much to try, these positions will really help during labor too. Wish I had known about these during my first all natural birth
