  • This was the first record I ever bought at 16, I heard it on the radio at work during the morning and couldnt get it out of my head so I bought it on the way home, still have it somewhere but nothing to play it on.

  • @speedtwin007 same age as me mate, ive seen her a couple of times over the last few years.still looks a nd sings great.thanks for commenting.dave

  • Magic. She was so vital - sexier even than Alma Cogan! Wikipedia says she was on Mike Sarnes record "Will I What?" whereas Wendy Richard was on "Come outside".

  • @PatThePirate2011 saw her live few years ago sexy lady.still great voice.thanks for your comments mate.dave

  • Never heard this version before. She tries but in no way is this better than the Exciters version.

  • @DirtyProgBeats have just heard your exciters my god what crap.

  • This will always be the best recording of Tell Him.Billy Davis was the one.She was great on "Will i what"with Mike Sarne" as well.

  • @sibellas60 thanks sibellas,i feel the same about billie still great now.think it was wendy richards on mike sarne song, come outside.thanks for taking the trouble davex

  • @sibellas60 ..... I think you'll find it was Wendy Richards that said " Will I What " on Mike Sarnes record "Come Outside"

  • I know PP Personally Billie has the better voice

  • Bonjour, vous aimez les sixties ? écoutez et podcastez mon émission "le super son des 60's" sur le site de plumfm. You like the 60's ? please, listen and podcast my broadcast "le super son des 60's", connect to "plumfm". Salut et faites gaffe au rock and roll.

  • Not quite PP Arnold but she didn't do a bad job with 'Tell Him' she had the voice but unfortunately not a songwriter to bring out the best in her. I believe she had a bit of an attitude and those that she needed kept their distance.

  • @BertHigginbottom i think shes better

  • @BertHigginbottom well I would say that Billi'es version is better... but we all have different taste... :)

  • I WAS TOTAL IN LOVE WITH HER AND STILL AM TODAY IN MY BOOK SHE WILL ALLWAYS BE THE NOMBER ONE

    OUTLAW6@TINYWORLD.CO.UK

  • This is the single version, can't seem to find it on iTunes - the one I bought from there isn't nearly so good. Anyone know exactly which album to buy to get this one?

  • How ca I get this version of this great song? Whenever I search for it either on Amazon oor iTunes I find a newer version that does not sound as good as this one, it's kind of slower and boring, so I'd really like to get this only version if someone could tell me how and were I can get it. Thanks

  • @sharzadagain Sorry - I didn't see your post when I wrote mine (above). Obviously I agree with you - if you listen to a clip of any of the listings for this song on iTunes you get the same few seconds of the same weak version. Such a shame. One of the down sides of iTunes I guess. Not that I want to complain about iTunes, that and YouTube are about the best things that have happened to music since about 1971....

  • Great !!!!

Many thanks for the pictures as well as the song.

    Nick

  • @coffindodgers thanks buddy,nice to have your feedback.dave

  • Not "Tell me" ! pfft, but i found it at least!

  • She was good very good,as was Sketter Davies, who for me was just the better of the two

  • She kissed me three times, and it was grrrrrrreat. 6 months ago, she still sings like she did in the 60s. what a lovely lady, lucky Jet Harris, who I do believe is her partner now.

  • you lucky sod, shes lovely isnt she.
