i downloaded malware bytes and i cant open it up, it just shows the hour glass for a second and thats it it dont open, does anyone know why??

Im all avira 10! avast 5 was good but it couldn't remove a rouge from my bro's pc but malwarebytes got rid of it while IOBIT 360 didnt detect anything!

avast uses too much cpu and memory for me avg uses less and also can you tell me how to delete it because i cant even close its process it says access is denied so therefore i cant delete its folder because its in use and if i try uninstalling it is says an error occured anything i try it comes up with some bulshit error

Avira Antivir is very light on resources, but I have found that certain viruses have been able to disable the protection on Antivir somehow. If you're a careful user, Antivir is fine, but if you need more protection, I think Avast has the edge.

In previous versions some viruses were able to disable the Antivir Guard. I think that in the current version this no longer happens. However, in Windows Vista and Windows 7 the user is promped to allow such kind of action.

yh i use spybot which is VERY good for spyware and i also use malware bytes which is good for detecting them with full ver and good for viruses aswell as spyware. i recomend zonealarm as a firewall(the free version) i dont recomend it for malware protection though! its like the same as the pro zonealaarm firewall

I just bought the full version of Malwarebytes and it`s great, no slowdowns just working in the background. And i always install w0t on a new system, im gonna getAvast home edition when my current antivirus software goes out :)
