All the pussies in the gym don't know shit about training. They sit on their butts between "sets" but you try putting aroutie like this together and you'll have to dog much deeper than all that bodybuilding shit that goes on in every gym round the world. Bodybuilders might be big, but they got big bellies too and and can't do much else ecept pose and pump. They aint athletes. They're bloated drug addicts who women find repulsive and are easy to knowck out too.
