@fvgbe342 I hope that you wrote that tongue in cheek. If not, you really need to get out more. Reading glasses are also used for sewing and other close work. But we usually don't call them sewing glasses in modern English. By the way, in case you missed that class in grade school, Mexicans are Americans. So are Ecuadorans, Peruvians, Argentinans, Hondurans, etc. Believe it or not, people in other countries actually read books... even write them in languages other than English.
I didn't know that foreign people need reading glasses too. I thought only Americans needed reading glasses because of all the reading we had to do growing up.
