The mothers who surrender their babies to a firestation or post office or recycling center ought to have the one small condition placed on it, that they be sterilized in exchange. I would gladly extend the offer well beyond a 3 day limit.

No kidding! What a small world we live in, sometimes~eh?! :) It's great that you know of, and support the garden of angels~I got goosebumps when I read that! If I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure that the date that they won was Dec. 1st, 2004. I had seen an interview with Debi prior to that, re.: the Garden of Angels... So when I heard about THIS story, I grabbed the little CA Lotto newsletter that had them on the cover~which was the source of the info. that I passed on in the video!
