2008 25K - per year

2009 5K - per year (unsustainable at current cost of living)

He said you can come to the USA if you have a high demanding job such as nursing. What about if you are a primary school teacher? It is easier, harder or impossible? Do many people come to the USA by themselves if they are a primary school teacher?

If you really want to get into the United States you really need to marry a U.S. citizen.

Or marry a permanent resident that is above poverty level (& some other things).

It's about impossible any other way. Seriously, I've tried to help several people.

I don't think he mentioned Student Visas, but you have to be from a participating country, approved, & the average cost of college in the U.S. is about $80,000. lol

Firstly its an E2 investor visa that we are talking about and no its not a minimum of $1m that is required ...in fact no minimum sum is actually stipulated!

However in general terms we have found that it is normally most difficult to obtain a suitable qualifying business investment with less than a $100,000 (one hundred thousand dollar) Regardless of the specific amount being spent on the business, it must show to be profitable and as a rough guide from our experience it should produce an investor with an annual income of not less than $50,000 after expenses.

I thought that you're talking about the EB-5 investment for green card, which will require a minimum investment of 1 million dollars in addition of highering 10 us employees, MY MISTAKE

Now another Question, at the end of the day can i apply for a green card through E2 visa?
