its not for people who wants to work fairly.you have to have wasta( backer). you could not even imagine they use wasta publicly. you go into government office just to get simple ID's or licenses, they will ask you first if you have wasta in order for your papers to get done in a day. if none you have to follow up everyday. The worst is they love the word bukra (means tomorrow)..meaning they only spend the day drinking tea instead of working...lol...funny but true..
