Thats for the new ride Symphony Swings its part of the Littile Mermaid area theirs going to be new rides and a new land called Cars Land. Symphony Swings is like that big Orange but with music and stuff , their just testing that and the new lights for Mickey's Ferris Wheel :)

I don't think thats the case. It could be just testing of the swings which would make this seperate from the WoC testing.
