This is the only forum I can find on Straight Talk. I cannot add my minutes because the website is down & customer service has "too high of a call volume to take my call" (ALL MORNING LONG!)... it has an automated message that says on the main menu to go to Prepay then Add Mins, but there is nothing on my phone like that. DOES ANY1 KNOW HOW TO ADD MINUTES BY TEXT OR SOME OTHER WAY? PLEASE HELP IF U CAN...
Straight Talk Wireless is THE WORST Customer trained rep on the planet. After 4 months of their service, no one can resolve the problem on my web page log in account and my cell phone device. I am only spending my money because its cheap, therefore, you get cheap crappy service.
I am so relieved that I have found a service which offers what all the major providers offer for half the price. I now have unlimited minutes which allows me the freedom to use the phone when ever it is needed. I feel that this prepaid service have been the answer to my prayers as money doesn't grow on trees.
@peaceisnotadirtyword Yeah it really doesn't have much downside from the other contract providers and not being comitted to a two year plan is really relieving. I do miss my 3G speed a bit (coming down from iPhone) but the cost is too good to avoid and the E71 works really well so far.
@jdrasdet456 I had to laugh hard. Yep, PIECE OF MIND we both have now by switching to Straight Talk. Believe me At&t for 12 yrs. had a piece of my bank account. Now with ST and the monthly $45 unlimited plan I just think of all the cash I threw in the garbage. Incredible. Thanks for the correction and we are on our way to saving big.
Forced to switch to Straight Talk when I had to take a pay cut. I have to say that I'm pretty suprised, I thought I was getitng a discount service and the signal service is pretty great and it hasn't dropped a call. The email is slower than I am used to, but the price means I don't need to talk less now.
Howdy! THIS IS HYSTERICAL. but you already know that if you are watching this. Straight talk is definetely my thing and i think alot of other people are vibing to it also. Straight talk is on another level right know and i will be with the service for a while at the least.
Straight Talk gives you a piece of mind and savings. I've had ST for couple of month's and have saved a bit. It has NO contract, no hidden charges and no bills at the end of the month. You only pay for your minutes every months, either $30 or $45 which is an unlimited plan. Switch to Straight Talk and you will be glad you did.
@greyfan53 A piece of mind? did you mean Peace of Mind? Because I gave Verizon a piece of my mind countless times over the two year contract I signed and it was a mess. Not to mention that it's not like my calls ever did anything. Still don't know why my bill was like 100 when it was allegedly 85 per month and don't care now that I use Straight Talk.
One of my favorite things about Straight Talk is their "auto--refill" option. You can set up your debit card online and have the site charge your monthly bill automatically every month. Since I never have to worry about overage charges, this works for me because I know what my bill is going to be every month, no surprises.
now that the holidays are over my wallet is emptyyyy. This is when my cheap reliable phone service comes in. I am so glad i have straighttalk. I just pay $45/month and i get my unlimited text, web, minutes and 411. I just love the flexibility the NO CONTRACT service offers.
@angrybirdfanatic Yeah I actually returned the favor and made sure the rest of my family could also save during the tight January and February months by getting them all Straight Talk phones. My investment will pay for itself over the course of a few Straight Talk billing cycles tho.
Pre paid deals make your monthly budgeting soooo much easier. The $45 unlimited deal with Straight Talk is unbeatable. There really is no reason to be on contract anymore because you can just as nice a phone with pre paid plus no contract and string attached with all the benefits: great coverage etc.
@tomspeckle More people seem to be discovering this fact as well. Most everyone I talk to is considering the switch to prepaid or already has done it. There are many to chose from and each one has it's benefits. Straight Talk's phones can be more expensive but the quality seems better. I do think they have the least expensive Unlimited plan. Also, like that they have a huge nationwide coverage area. Definitely comes out on top for choices.
There is no other way to describe Straight Talk but Awesome. There aren't hidden fees and the flat monthly rate is much more affordable than my previous service provider. The phone selection is great and I've never had dropped calls. Whats not to love?
Unlimited talk and text for only $45 a month is the cheapest phone plan I ever heard of! Where has Straight Talk been all my life!? Where were you guys when I was paying $100 plus a month?! Where?!?! Doesn't matter now, I'm so happy to have found you!
as soon as i got my samsung r450 i connected it to the straighttalk unlimited plan for $45 a month. It's incredible and affordable especially when you are in a tight budget like i am.
We all make dumb moves like having a cell phone contract but then we also do the smart thing like switching to straighttalk pay as you go and saving lots of bucks every month. I have the unlimited plan at $45 which saves me at least $40 a month compared to my sloppy contract - I wont make the dumb move again!
I never thought of it as less than $2 a day and now I realise what a bargain I have. Unlimited talk and text for only $45 for 30 days really gives me freedom of my cellphone and I am not locked into any expensive contract.
Hey, did anyone notice the kid spooning nothing but air into his mouth? I think the point is that you no longer need a contract or pay high rates for your cell phone. Straight Talk is very clear on this. You have a nice selection of phones including some new smart phones. And, you just can't beat the price of the Unlimited plan. At $45, it comes to less than $2 a day. Now, that's value.
this straight talk unlimited deal is the best thing ever. i don't pretend and i live in the real world all the time where i have to save money where i can.with straight talk i manage to save at least $50 a month since i switched over from contract, and if anything i use my cellphone even more than i used to, am even tempted to give up my landline now that i have unlimited talk and text for only $45 a month, and i don' t even have to pay more for calling long distance...great value for money
@fadotty Go for dropping your landline like I did ....you won't miss it at all and you'll save those extra few bucks! I'm saving so much money with Straight Talk you'll never catch me signing a contract again...I can't believe I was ever dumb enough to have one in the first place!
I switched to straighttalk when my contract phone expired. I cannot believe the money that I have been saving since the switch. The contract phone was costing me over $90 a month and with straighttalk I am only paying $45 and that is it for all the talk, text and data that I need. If you want to buy a really helpful gift for xmas for someone who doesn't have a straighttlk yet then there is the special offer on on Black Friday. A samsung T55 with a straighttalk 30day unlimited card for $45!
@brezneharrison Yeah I couldn't wait to get off of my contract as well. Why do they need to lock you down for two years? especially since you can get a full smartphone (Nokia 6790) with a completely unlimited data plan for 45 bucks a month. There's no reason to jump on a contract carrier.
thefatfrosty got it right, i experienced the same, lots of bad news while i was on contract, but real happy now with my prepaid unlimited cellphone plan from straight talk. i have the unlimited plan, which gives me unlimited talk, text and data for $45 a month and feel that all my cellphone needs are covered well. super plan from straight talk, perfect stuff
@68kindredspirit I think the worst part of my cell phone contract was all of the hidden charges that just seemed to pop up all over the place. Can't understand why Straight Talk offers unlimited everything and theses contract companies get away with murder.
Living in a pretend world is having a contract cellphone. You think you know what you are in for but come the end of the month there are all sorts of hidden costs. With straighttalk you live in the real world. For either $45 or $30 you get unlimited or 1000minutes for the month with no extra costs to pay
Straight talk is really one of the best prepaid phones in the market, and only 45 for unlimited is a great deal. Now walmart is having a great sale this black friday, a samsung t225 for onlu $45 with a $45 air card. It's like getting a free cell phone! that's a great xmas gift and I'm getting in line early, my little brother wants a cellphone and he is getting one this xmas!
Walmart really has everthing that one needs. One of those needs is straighttalk as I don't want to have a contract phone. With the straighttalk unlimited plan at $45 a month I know exactly how much my cellphone costs are and I can budget accordingly
@veryterryification i was actually a little hesitant to get my cell phone from Wal-mArt because I figured it would be lower quality but it turns out I was wrong. I've been using the Nokia 6790 for a few months now and I can say that it's just as good as any contract carrier phone but it costs way less
@mschroder799 Lol I was thinking the same thing, I need to save some money on my phone but there's no way I'm getting it from Wal-Mart. But this deal sounds really good so maybe I can ignore that and just get the best deal possible.
I am neither an actress nor a model but I have the sense to use straighttalk. Before I was on a contract that would cost me a fortune every month and there were all those hidden costs. On the straighttalk $45 plan I get unlimited talk, text and data time with no extra costs for long distance etc. I am so glad that I am not just a pretty face!
It really is a great deal...given the economy the way it is i had no problem making what i thought was going to be a sacrifice. But the fact is after a few months of being with straight talk i can 100% say that the service and the phone have been nothing short of what was promised by the website and reviews i've read. The savings has really gone a long way...every month my bill is $45 no matter what which is half of what i was paying given i didnt go over on my old plan.
I gota agree with everyone. Straight talk was the one who came out first with this prepaid unlimited that I know of and its still the best one around. I have never had problems with the coverage or signals. Plus when I had questions I called customer service and they were absolutely helpful answering any questions. for 45 dollars.. you just cant go wrong today. Other companies are charging way too much.. and with straight talk you really have it all.
After undergrad my parents pretty much cut me off...between student loans and rent it was a rude awakening. I can definitely say im looking for ways to save some cash and a hundred dollar cell phone bill didnt really factor into my budget. Straight Talk has been a huge help for me...im saving about 50 dollars a month and so far the service has been fantastic.
My mom used to pay for my cell phone plan and it wasn't long before she noticed that she was getting ripped off. She'd get charged for extra thing at least once a month. She hated it but refused to pay the cancellation fee. I can't tell you how many fights we had over those phone bills. Once the contract was up with that company she told me I had to start paying my own phone bill. I found out about Straight Talk's $45 unlimited calls and texts plan with no contract and knew I had to jump on it.
I use straighttalk and it has saved me a whole bunch of cash every month. I have the unlimited $45 plan and I cannot believe that I have all my friends and family available all the time for 30 days and all it costs is $45. Before when I had a contract I was paying a lot more and getting a lot less. Contracts dont work for me any longer
@flyspotable From one fly to another you're so right.and my kids are getting guess what for Christmas...you got it ...Straight Talk phones! Boy are they in for happy holidays and when they see their new qwerty phones...they'll do their nuts!!
Lol! I love this commercial, she gives it to us "straight", lol. A friend of mine told me about Straight Talk's $45 per month unlimited talking and texting plan and I thought there had to be some kind of catch. I've been on the $30 plan for months now and boy was I wrong. There's no catch, just a great deal. I don't know why other people don't use it.
At the nearest Walmart you can purchase Straight Talk cellphone and start saving right away comparing with what you pay now with your present cell company. I have the $30 a month with 1000 minutes to use as I pleased. No dropped calls, no contracts and saving big. Straight Talk for this Holiday time of this 2010 is a great start for 2011. You'll be glad you switch.
great ad... also a great deal from straight talk, if you haven't heard... the $45 unlimited deal saves me tones of cash every month and the coverage is awesome! I never drop a call
I had heard all these horror stories about cell phone providers so I was a little skeptical about choosing one for me and decided to choose something totally different from my friends which was Straight Talk, now all my friends have changed too. ST makes it just so affordable and flexible.
Guys: Unless you have straight talk, you are spending WAY too much on your cell phone plan. How much per month do you pay for your cell phone service? And are you getting more than the "unlimited everything" that Straight Talk offers?
@finsman777 I was recently paying $106 a month with tmobile. When i heard about straight talk I started counting down the months until my contract was over. I'm so happy with the switch. I'm saving over $50 a month and i have a much better plan.
Switching over to straight talk from att was such a great decsion. i was spending $150 a month to use my cell phone for work. here i'm able to get a QWERTY cell phone and pay so much less a month. not to mention the service is great!
@thedive7777 I used to pay 110 dollars a month for my iphone plan which honestly didn't even have the best reception in the world. Now that they have the Nokia 6790 smartphone, I can check all of my emails on the go with great service for 45 bucks a month. Steal!
They should do a followup with her featuring the new Mokia that's like a blackberry with push email and voice GPS plus push email. She's cute a funny and that's a great phone. Do it!
Cool ad, my folks changed my cell phone option to Straight Talk $45.00 and now I have unlimited talk time but also a great service provider that does not cut me off or make me run around asking my caller "can you hear me.........and now............how about now", image is key to a teenage girl.
Real funny ad. These droga 5 ads are awesome. Also loving my straight talk deal. $45 for unlimited everything and getting the awesome ST coverage.. Sweet deal
Glad my kitchen cupboards don't come off my walls. I agree with this mom Straighttalk is a fantastic deal. For $45 a month I get unlimited talk, text and data. With the money I save I get my daughter the Straighttalk $30 a month. For $30 she gets 1000 minutes of talk and text. Boy is she happy cause she really likes to text
Straight Talk Cellphone is spelled in my mind as SAVING BIG. In my old cellphone company and their incredible charges, plus the contract I was just waiting for the end of the month bill and how I was going to pay for it. With Straight Talk there's no contract, no hidden charges, and Unlimited everything. If you want to downside to the $30 a month plan is great as well. Switch today.
I recently had to jump back down to $30/month for 1000 minutes and 1000 texts, but i definitly recomend anyone out there that is considering this service to get it, and get the $45 unlimited plan. You will not regret it.
great ad. great service provider too. i got the unlimited plan from straight talk, and could not be happier. unlimited talk, text and web, free 411 calls, no overage fees, no hidden costs, no roaming fees, just pure fun chatting and texting forever to friends and family. keeping in touch is so easy now with straight talk, i don't know how i did it without their unlimited plan.and my budget is looking so much better each month since i changed from contract aswell
Straight Talk rocks. You could literally get it on automatic renewal every month and set up a stop order and never have to think about a cell phone bill again because you can be sure that it is going to be exactly the same each month - no matter how much you call, text or transfer data it is a straight $45..
This commercial is pretty funny. It shows you the real aspect of things. Straight Talk is so great because there aren't any hidden fees or cancellation fees. You also simply only pay for the minutes/texts used. My first month of having it I saved $40 on my phone bill.
hahah that is really funny. My husband and I deal with that all the time. I do believe that the unlimited service is best under straight talk. I know there are a lot of prepaid phones out there and services.. but with straight talk being on verizon.... i mean its just such a deal. I have text talk all that good stuff... but the savings. I mean UNREAL
Hilarious commercial. But she's not joking about how cheap and effective the service is. I converted from an AT&T contract and found muself looking at like 50 extra bucks a month, which I desperately need because I'm still in school. Plus, the service is unlimited talk/text/data, so I don't feel like I have a "cheap" cell phone plan.
Great video! I am so impressed with striaghttalk and what I really like is that I am not locked into any costly or lenghthy contract which has all thos scarey hidden costs. I pay $45 a month and that is that
great idea for the ad. great deal for the service.$45 a month for unlimited talk, text and web access is unbeaten, especially thanks to the verizon network coverage, which means no dropped calls ever.the lady might not know the name of her kid, but she seems to know where to get a great deal and huge savings, from walmart with the straight talk unlimited plan. am hooked and impressed with all Straight Talk has to offer. strongly recommend it to everyone who has not tried yet
What a great ad. Straight Talk really is for everyone, even the simplest of minds! $45 for unlimited calls, taxts and data OR $30 for 100 texts and 1000 minutes. Either way - it really is a no brainer!!
@MsAshSmash Tell me about it! If this lady has figured it out then anyone should be able to see that Straight Talk is the only way to go :) With all the savings every month plus really cool start up deals on snazy phone - all without a contract!
I couldn't believe my ears when my friend told me about this $45 unlimited deal and they said they also get awesome coverage. With deals like this around, don't know how anyone is still on contract.
The poor husband looks hassled..like mine used to when the cell phone bill came but not any more! We all have the $30.00 per month plan for 1000 minutes and 1000 texts except our college going son who has the $45.00 a month unlimited plan as he was always running out of airtime! Happy days!
I'm not actually on the ST unlimited plan - I went with their smaller $30 1,000 minute/text plan because I'm not much of a talker. My brother, however, was used to $200+ cell bills because of his overages, but he didn't want to leave behind his calling network - I finally convinced him to join Straight Talk. He is saving huge every month and because ST is on the Verizon calling network, his coverage hasn't suffered at all.
Such a catchy ad! Think Straight Talk's unlimited plan is rather catchy too...I haven't even joined up yet and already I can't imagine going with any other prepaid plan...Seriously only $45- my mind can't get around the savings I'll be making while getting unlimited everything
Awesome ad and sweet deal... Unlimited everything and all you pay is $45. And while your at it get great coverage. A friend told me about this deal and i really couldn't believe it. I'm heading down to wallmart right now
$45 a month saves me so much money because my old plan used to cost me $70 a month. That is an average savings of $25 a month and $300 dollars a year. I can really use that extra money these days and Straight talk allows me to do that. The coverage is also great with this plan. Money talks and I am sold!
Spot on BoatGirl ....Straight Talk unlimited at $45'00 per month has made a huge difference to our families budget as my husband travels Mon to Fri and the kids and I call him every day. Now with no roaming fees and with national coverage the kids can talk to Dad as much as they like and so can I!
The unlimited plan for $45 is so great! It's saving my family a significant amount... very impressed with this service. Straight Talk has really great coverage as well being on the Verizon network. So glad I made the switch to prepaid - its made such a difference for our family :)
Bough straight talk card activated on 7/24/10 and getting you don't have enough fund msg. customer service can't fix it and i'm out phone for 48hrs due to technical difficulty. NOT THE FIRST TIME I GET A LOUSY SERVICE..
BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 2 phones, 2 unlimited cards AND overnight shipping on 02/03/2010. It is now 02/10/2010 SIX days later and I don't have my phones, don't have my shipping info. The customer service is a JOKE, and completely un-helpful! SEVEN DAYS LATER and I have NOTHING but a reciept for where they TOOK ME for $800.33!!!!!!
Seriously though, this is a really good service. I've been on it for close to 6 months and will not use any other plan now. Great network, brilliant prices! The $45 unlimited everything plan combined with Vzn coverage is the best deal in prepaid.
actually u will not be charged with ur credit card every month if u didnt agree for an automatic refill.. just go for add service card in demand.. for one time only or if u call cust service and requerst to buy service card a day before ur due date.. probable u werent listening much with the cust care rep and u just say yes without paying much attention to wahatever the rep was asking u.. or u wer in a hurry tog o that u just nodded watever rep was asking u..
actually u need to add serivce cards in walmart i suggest.. dont get lazy and purchase service cards through retailer instead of registering ur credit cards with teh customer care representatives or through websites.. networks is good, no question with that.. and service too.. u can never use phones from verizon phone as str8talk chase a str8talk phone and service cards to add to it..
sign my wife up for straight talk several weeks ago. I activated the phone, redeem a straight talk service card, and sign up for a account all on the web site. I also sign up for auto-refill (BIG MISTAKE). Regardless of the fact that Straight Terms and Conditions states that You may enroll by registering your credit or accepted debit card .... and will receive a recurring charge to your credit/accepted debit card every 30 days ...; I was charge $32.55 on my credit card that day .

With the straighttalk unlimited plan at $45 a month I know exactly how much my cellphone costs are and I can budget accordingly
veryterryification 1 year ago
@veryterryification i was actually a little hesitant to get my cell phone from Wal-mArt because I figured it would be lower quality but it turns out I was wrong. I've been using the Nokia 6790 for a few months now and I can say that it's just as good as any contract carrier phone but it costs way less
mschroder799 1 year ago
@mschroder799 Lol I was thinking the same thing, I need to save some money on my phone but there's no way I'm getting it from Wal-Mart. But this deal sounds really good so maybe I can ignore that and just get the best deal possible.
jimmydarmody713 1 year ago
I am neither an actress nor a model but I have the sense to use straighttalk. Before I was on a contract that would cost me a fortune every month and there were all those hidden costs. On the straighttalk $45 plan I get unlimited talk, text and data time with no extra costs for long distance etc. I am so glad that I am not just a pretty face!

It really is a great deal...given the economy the way it is i had no problem making what i thought was going to be a sacrifice. But the fact is after a few months of being with straight talk i can 100% say that the service and the phone have been nothing short of what was promised by the website and reviews i've read. The savings has really gone a long way...every month my bill is $45 no matter what which is half of what i was paying given i didnt go over on my old plan.
sportsbook1970 1 year ago

CmackSteph88 1 year ago
My mom used to pay for my cell phone plan and it wasn't long before she noticed that she was getting ripped off. She'd get charged for extra thing at least once a month. She hated it but refused to pay the cancellation fee. I can't tell you how many fights we had over those phone bills. Once the contract was up with that company she told me I had to start paying my own phone bill. I found out about Straight Talk's $45 unlimited calls and texts plan with no contract and knew I had to jump on it.
TooBeOrNot2Bee 1 year ago
I use straighttalk and it has saved me a whole bunch of cash every month. I have the unlimited $45 plan and I cannot believe that I have all my friends and family available all the time for 30 days and all it costs is $45. Before when I had a contract I was paying a lot more and getting a lot less. Contracts dont work for me any longer

Thorakify 1 year ago

And are you getting more than the "unlimited everything" that Straight Talk offers?
finsman777 1 year ago
@finsman777 I was recently paying $106 a month with tmobile. When i heard about straight talk I started counting down the months until my contract was over. I'm so happy with the switch. I'm saving over $50 a month and i have a much better plan.
boardwalk786 1 year ago
Switching over to straight talk from att was such a great decsion. i was spending $150 a month to use my cell phone for work. here i'm able to get a QWERTY cell phone and pay so much less a month. not to mention the service is great!
thedive7777 1 year ago
@thedive7777 I used to pay 110 dollars a month for my iphone plan which honestly didn't even have the best reception in the world. Now that they have the Nokia 6790 smartphone, I can check all of my emails on the go with great service for 45 bucks a month. Steal!
filmguy786 1 year ago

SuperZone40 1 year ago
Straight Talk Cellphone is spelled in my mind as SAVING BIG. In my old cellphone company and their incredible charges, plus the contract I was just waiting for the end of the month bill and how I was going to pay for it. With Straight Talk there's no contract, no hidden charges, and Unlimited everything. If you want to downside to the $30 a month plan is great as well. Switch today.
carucha53 1 year ago
I recently had to jump back down to $30/month for 1000 minutes and 1000 texts, but i definitly recomend anyone out there that is considering this service to get it, and get the $45 unlimited plan. You will not regret it.

great ad. great service provider too. i got the unlimited plan from straight talk, and could not be happier. unlimited talk, text and web, free 411 calls, no overage fees, no hidden costs, no roaming fees, just pure fun chatting and texting forever to friends and family. keeping in touch is so easy now with straight talk, i don't know how i did it without their unlimited plan.and my budget is looking so much better each month since i changed from contract aswell
katadriano42 1 year ago
Straight Talk rocks. You could literally get it on automatic renewal every month and set up a stop order and never have to think about a cell phone bill again because you can be sure that it is going to be exactly the same each month - no matter how much you call, text or transfer data it is a straight $45..
TheLilrascal100 1 year ago
This commercial is pretty funny. It shows you the real aspect of things. Straight Talk is so great because there aren't any hidden fees or cancellation fees. You also simply only pay for the minutes/texts used. My first month of having it I saved $40 on my phone bill.
boomchaos64 1 year ago
hahah that is really funny. My husband and I deal with that all the time. I do believe that the unlimited service is best under straight talk. I know there are a lot of prepaid phones out there and services.. but with straight talk being on verizon.... i mean its just such a deal. I have text talk all that good stuff... but the savings. I mean UNREAL
nat6931 1 year ago

MsAshSmash 1 year ago

Happy days!
barrowdale 1 year ago
I'm not actually on the ST unlimited plan - I went with their smaller $30 1,000 minute/text plan because I'm not much of a talker. My brother, however, was used to $200+ cell bills because of his overages, but he didn't want to leave behind his calling network - I finally convinced him to join Straight Talk. He is saving huge every month and because ST is on the Verizon calling network, his coverage hasn't suffered at all.
DrMauraIsles 1 year ago
Such a catchy ad! Think Straight Talk's unlimited plan is rather catchy too...I haven't even joined up yet and already I can't imagine going with any other prepaid plan...Seriously only $45- my mind can't get around the savings I'll be making while getting unlimited everything
SimBarb1 1 year ago
Awesome ad and sweet deal... Unlimited everything and all you pay is $45. And while your at it get great coverage. A friend told me about this deal and i really couldn't believe it. I'm heading down to wallmart right now

Haha... Love these ads. Really is an unbeatable deal especially considering the great coverage and service that you get with ST

Seriously though, this is a really good service. I've been on it for close to 6 months and will not use any other plan now. Great network, brilliant prices! The $45 unlimited everything plan combined with Vzn coverage is the best deal in prepaid.

actually u will not be charged with ur credit card every month if u didnt agree for an automatic refill.. just go for add service card in demand.. for one time only or if u call cust service and requerst to buy service card a day before ur due date.. probable u werent listening much with the cust care rep and u just say yes without paying much attention to wahatever the rep was asking u.. or u wer in a hurry tog o that u just nodded watever rep was asking u..
gutzy999 2 years ago
actually u need to add serivce cards in walmart i suggest.. dont get lazy and purchase service cards through retailer instead of registering ur credit cards with teh customer care representatives or through websites.. networks is good, no question with that.. and service too.. u can never use phones from verizon phone as str8talk chase a str8talk phone and service cards to add to it..

sign my wife up for straight talk several weeks ago.
