There are some typos in the excellent lowbar. Really fascinating. Being a landlord here in France is generally a nightmare.  Uprated and shared. Greetings from France via the USA! (Cleveland and New York City.) Look at the mess they left the place in! My French spouse leaves our vacation rentals so clean, the last place didn't even charge us for the utilities cuz all they really had to do was mop up. I left my NY apartment in need only of a basic cleaning. Whew! sigh

@Clevelandmarko I did wonder what that cloud of smoke was. I love correcting the good videos AND comments! What an expensive mess here -- I don't know how people can be so thoughtless. I disliked my last NYC landlord but that was beside the point. My 2nd apt in his building from the 1920s was SO HAUNTED! It actually ended me up in court, once! There was another apt the handyman would not even go into. He heard footsteps and saw the parquet flooring move under them!
