  • Credit Cards have got nothing on A Mortgage, That is REAL Usury

  • Thanks for that series of videos :) Very interesting info. I stumbled across the 'freeman' info in June 09 and i have been through the motions with letter tennis back and forth, and in the end the debts get passed amongst debt collection agencies. They just buy debts off of each other, damn sharks they are :) They rarely write to me now. I read somewhere that when a DCA buys a debt from a credit card, the debt is actually paid off and your contract no longer exists.

    People research this info :)

  • @babymalai Thanks, I prefer to take loans from a whole life insurance policy. I always repay them and never need to, but it gives me nearly 15 grand of fast ready cash. I also took two withdrawals from a couple of uni life policies in 2010 on my spouse, to set up my website. And my biz. Those, there is no way to pay back, but uni life are inferior products, anyway. I am about to close my credit card accounts and settle but will negotiate HEAVILY and keep a good credit rating. Cash is king!

  • @babymalai I know, I have had credit since 1979 and go for years without using any cards! I prefer to keep a good credit rating. I have owned two apartments and never had a mortgage, owned two cars and never had a car payment, I save up and pay cash. I just asked them to show me my signature on a bunch of fishy charges, and they were hard to pin down! I await their snail mail. xo

  • @babymalai I have such a hard time calling them from France. 800 numbers cost me one euro per minute, and we cannot do collect calls. Their land line is free to me, so I just phone regularly and then follow up with snail mails. 2010 is the first year I had debt since 1994, necessary as I have no income and do not receive any stipends. I will ask them to settle for less, I have done it before. As long as I don't speak up late, and I write, it works. xo

  • @babymalai In the past, my small payments and acknowledgement of the debt and I did it all by certified mail on time faithfully on time got good settlement. I just found out my credit card company is about to boost me from 14 to 19 per cent. in February! My account will be closed this month. I am already working with them on it. I have never been a deadbeat but have negotiated a lot in the past, I have legal bg. xo

  • @babymalai Living debt free since 1994, I did run up credit card debt in 2010. I can send them the cash but will negotiate. My payments are current, I will say, I am cutting up my cards, or do you want me to keep them? They did try to get me to pay online and I said no, I get a bill in the mail, I write a check, I buy a stamp. So far I have never stiffed anyone, but if you want to see what happens, follow me on cutecatfaith d com.

  • Having trouble posting and uprating here. In 2010 I incurred my first debt in 18 years, credit card debt, as I no longer have any income nor stipend. I tried to reach Visa but they seem closed for the holidays. My accounts are current and I will renegotiate a lower rate and acknowledge the debt but see if I can get it reduced with no punishment to me. The direct deposit thing was weird, you can just cash a paycheck at THEIR bank, I used to do that in NY and took the cash.

  • i'll replace karens credit card company and suck her dry :)

  • The only thing I agree with Is do Not spend more than You have on stuff You do Not need the rest of Is Nothing but fucking bullshit, Your dealing with the children of satan the devil that will shoot You In the back & say I though You were a robber hell they murdered 3000 People on September 11 2001 & any one that do Not believe that Is of the devil & The Holy Bible says they r a false government the way to fight fire Is with fire.

  • you should do a show about student loans. I think this is the biggest bubble out there that nobody is talking about.

  • @CraigKramer I paid for my own education, took 12 years, no debt, I worked. I did get a merit scholarship, year two, for my artwork. When I got out, they said, oh, if you teach in a NYC public school for ONE YEAR we will forgive your student loans! I had only taken one for a grand cuz I invested it for a year and made a profit. I was so upset, what, I had to be a dominatrix to pay for school? Different times!

  • This is old news I knew this at least 20 yrs ago. If you can't make your payments you can send you credit company a dollar and they can't refuse it. So they'll send a collection agency after you and you end up in court and as long as you can prove you were trying to pay they have to accept that dollar. You just tell the judge that's all I can afford to pay each month and he'll rule in your favor.

  • @luwdmke Yes, I actually used to pay a bit more, and via certified mail., Once it got to the lawyer point, I was able to show my good faith. I paid 80 dollars per month on doctor bills, via certified mail, and a judge said, look at this, she earns almost nothing and yet gives you 80 per month via certified mail? Leave her alone, she is doing a great job! I kept my credit rating.

  • Chase bank calls me 5 times a day over a credit card. I have a special ringtone of me saying Chase bank sucks stop bothering me assholes. Makes for interesting conversation in a store checkout line.

  • @Smarterthanyouarable I am playing with Chase, have been since 1978. I have been starving the beast since 1994, you cannot believe how they changed after 9/11! An employee told me they want no more overseas accounts after then, even Americans abroad, such as myself! And a 25 thousand dollar minimum? I used to keep ten! I said, no, and they can kiss me goodbye soon! xo

  • Most of the success i have heard about with free man and accepted for value has been in Canada. Has anybody done this successfully in the US?

  • @leftcoaster63 I am American but in France and am about to renegotiate my credit card agreements, so stay in touch with me if you want to know what happens. I have lived debt free since 1994 but ran up credit card debt in 2010. I do have the money and can pay it off in cash, but I will try to negotiate with them with no damage to me. I never stiff anyone, I could have, but I have never declared bankruptcy. cutecatfaith d com

  • How can we don't Karen on the channel any more?

    Good show, by the way.

  • @DEMCAD That giggling is so distracting.

  • Hi Sonia; hi Karen! Ola Isabel!

  • I stoped paying all my credit cards and my car payments and moved to a new place. havent made a payment in 3 years fuck you repo man and use cash only my way of telling the banking system to fuck off.

  • @nas4x 10*

  • Whos cares about your FAKE CREDIT rating! Just file Bankruptcy and live on cash. Get out of the Beast System ran by the Black Cannon Law Vatican!

  • Isabel i have fallen for you and this truth girl, <3

  • Does Acceptance for Value work for Student loans?

  • Does this Work for student loans too?

  • Canadian?

  • Some one please!! Test that "Slip Theory"!!!

    That's Awesome!!!

  • Interesting discussion, but slightly impractical solutions unfortunately for most people.

  • 'I wish to deal with this matter in writing only, and should I continue to receive calls from you or your company, then this may constitute ‘harassment' in which case I will be forced to take further action under Section 1 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. ' Thank you and good bye

  • @mike6459 I need to learn more about this Act. I've been getting daily phone calls for several months from I assume collection agencies on a $250 bill I refused to pay couple years ago to a hospital who tried to bill me for 5 minutes talk with a psychiatrist before a hospital discharge. Yeah, they billed me 250 bucks for that 5 minutes talk, which I refused to pay (and so did my insurance). To this day they're still calling me about it, but I don't even answer their calls. I like your idea!

  • get out of debt free dot org

  • they never send you a bill only a statement

  • Then a borrower would get charged court costs and lawyer fees if they do take to court on top of what is owed to the lender.

The system is set up to intimidate and then beat the people at every level. Legalized slavery. Our labors are turned into fiat money and then bought and traded.

As with the old 'company stores' where workers were basically forced to shop. Just expanded worldwide. The slaves are just permitted a wider range of diversion thru entertainment & technotoys to keep them placated.

  • isnt that great, they type into existence what ever amount of money you want to owe them back and you go and bust your ass and waste your life to pay back what cost only a one or two key strokes on the computer keyboard. WE ARE SUCH SHEEPLE!!!

  • @wdcsucks1 More and more, I prefer the term "sleeple".

  • i new gangsters traded in debt i wasn't aware that the banksters work the same play. this is the un-united states of bully then. these days if you can afford the private security you can run business however you want. human rights don't count, that's just bread and butter for lawyers who u can't afford to hire, they don't want to help your down trodden arse anyway. sry.

  • HOW DO U DOWNLOAD VIDEOS?

  • The same banks that control our economies are the same banks that get bailouts. They, in essence, control whether or not you have the ability to pay them back because they can and do stop the economies cold.

I personally know of main players in the mortgage loan fiasco giving loans out to home builders and real estate brokers, knowing full well that the market was going to go cold. They gave loans knowing that the people needed home sales to pay the loans...fraud. Banks have too much power.

  • The Bank Fails to Disclose to a Borrower that he/she creates the credit/money by there signature, a Asset Loan Contract (Financial Instrument) Deposited in the Bank.

The Bank then by deception fraudulently changes the borrowers promissory note into there paper & loans it back to the borrower at interest.

The Bank doesnt create money or loan money, they change money (money changers) & launders a nations wealth IE: your labor out of circulation by principal & interest repayments which they keep

  • It's letter writting time.

  • very way interview with Isabel Ramirez Guardia attitude

"title verity of credit from bank as dollars original creation"

  • thank you Isabel. good advice.

  • I think we should go back to borrowing and lending to one another. Even in fairness if u charge a friend or family member 1% intrest on a loan, u will make some money and cut out the middle man, or in this case the FAT CATS in banking.

Then again, I can hear my grandparents saying,"If u cant pay for it in cash, U don't need it!!" Thanks for truthing us on this isssue

  • Kool Karen with the Kard Lets go Shopping at mall , keep writing letters renegotiate

  • Do not barrow money from credit card companies. These are the banks which control our governments. Save your money and pay for things in cash. Please store food and other necessities for the hard times to come. If you barrow money, you will become a Slave!

  • And the banks will take 100 solicitors to the court so when you loose you loose your house to pay their solicitors their bonuses. No thanks.

  • @0urGaia Yeah, you couldn't do this yourself without a really good lawyer or at least a TON of knowledge and proof that what you're doing is legal. How does one gain that kind of knowledge while swimming in debt? Facing Goliath...

  • @genlee26, Its strange situation though, when banks become insolvent, they get paid free money from the public. But if public becomes insolvent, they get crucified by same banks that were insolvent themselves. Some have said there still another 25 trillion of unpaid debt that needs be purged out of the system. Might be best to voluntarily bankrupt yourself, then hope all is forgotten in the coming storms.

  • There have all 6 now

  • Just like the evil banks who hyperinflated the value of our homes...gave us loans and then told us our houses are now worth $2.00. BUT, we still have to pay that money and most of us will be elderly and never pay off our homes....or we'll lose them. We can't sell...we couldn't make enough to pay off the loan......so we're all stuck! And most of us were just families working hard trying to make a home for our children. It's so sad.

  • @Wivanunu I hear that!!! I'm renting at 41 years of age, never-mind I'm divorced and still trying too pay off those legal fees... what about the "children" of the marriage?, as I will never be able to "own" a home, which isn't my point...

what am I to leave my girl's when I pass?

    ..answer... NOTHING!! "IT'S SO SAD."!!!

    ..really is...

  • all hot: all smart

  • @CammieSpectrum all good :)

  • @SnoutDonuts Alright!
