Imagine what it feels like to be severely injured in a foreign land, and not be well enough to return to your native coun try? That's how bad I had it.
I was an unfortunate victim of anti-social behaviour. Those Scots tried to destroy my life, but like the phoenix. I got better. And when I felt better I focused on going home to America.
Its great to be back home in America. It truly is. My decision to chan ge my thoughts when I watched Dr Wayne Dyer's videos while I was in a bed in Scotland.
Scotland was my personal hell, and when I chsnged my thoughts, attitudes, and took action--I finally made it back home. God bless the good USA.

FRor almost a decade I became penliless, my daughter died, and I was a victim of a hit and run while I was visiting Scotland far away from my home in America. It came to a point that I was so depressed and so injured that I didn't return to America in years.
It took DR Dyrer's inspiration to pick up my lost wounded soul while I was marooned in a foreign country.
So in 2010, I took the courage to pick myself back up, now I'm in USA.
Yes I am much better now. I can't replace what I lost, but I have new things to look forward too.
I am working my way up to regain all that I lost. Passed away relatives are always difficult to regain, but I met new people. They don't take their place, but its just a way of life going on.
I didn't own a house, now I do.
I didn't have a job, now I have two jobs and my wife opened a small business.
One thing I learned is that you can't live your life by other people's thoughts and opinions. As individuals, we make our own choices not because its popular, but because it benefits ourselves.
So yes people might not agree with you. but if you never go your own way, you will limit yourself.
@Faraz70 Thoughts are more powerful.. beliefs are more powerful.. You must align your thoughts, and then less action is required to get what you want, and THEN when you get what you want it's much more satisfying. It can be hard to accept because it's against everything we've ever known.
Boy do I have a story for you, I really don't know where I would be emotionally if not for Dr, Dyer he is an angel, I teach my kids about life based on his teaching.
This is just an opinion. If you are a famous person and needed time out, sometimes it is better to be obscure because it is easier to have peace in one's life. Usually if you are famous person, you'll tend to get a lot of distractions in whatever you do. Your life have so many things going on. Obscurity helps to make your life simple and peaceful and you can get things done faster without distractions. I hope this helps.

Listen, we can manifest what we want in life. People always say, they want to be rich. They want to win the lottery. Well how do you define riches?
From 2004-2009 I was a victim of a hit and run in Scotland, I was pennliess (didn't have the money to go back to America. I sank into deep despair.
But one day I stopped making excuses, and in 2010 I finally returned to the USA. When I returned, I got a new job, I later bought a house.
Just when life is dark, you can change it

It took a tremendous effort.
The US Embassy helped me return to the USA as well.
