I'm so glad people are talking about this. Suicide is not something people should be ashamed of. Most people will think of it in their lifetimes. Many will plan, and others will attempt.

@Duessa2000 it is more serious than people give it credit. I'm a survivor but there are so many who aren't as lucky as me. And I plan on living my life to help end this epidemic. It's something I never want to go through again.
