The first quest giver in the line is in the crystal field near the blood-elf place, i can't remember his name but he gives you a quest to feed the drakes with the meat from the animals who surround the crystal structure, then it just progresses from there. but you will have to do a lot of egg harvesing

first u have to do the quest chain in Shadow Moon Valley, by Dragonmaw Fortress. after you have completed those quests, you must get expert flying, (epic flyer ability) then the same Blood Elf gives you a second quest to that same village. you get many dailies from their.
