I've never bought anything from lululemon because I thought that there prices were quite steep. However, they seem to have some really cute things that you can wear to school or workout in. Is the quality/comfort etc really worth the price? Thanks!
It takes a very brave man to walk into a conference promoting sustainable local economies and give a speech on the merits of child labour and outsourcing to Asia. But that's just what Lululemon founder and CEO Chip Wilson did in 2005 at the Business Alliance of Local Living Economies conference in Vancouver. Enjoy the lulu, it was prolly made by 12 year olds in China! or Vietnam!!!
I actually work at lululemon - i LOVE my job!!!!!!!
The clothes are awesome - my whole wardrobe is basically lululemon hahah
the flow y are literally my fav sports bras ever - they are super comfy and fit me extremely well - they are definitely better for girls with smaller chests!
@ntash92 ~that's AWESOME!! i LOVE lululemon showrooms!! the staff at my location are so helpful & happy it's a very pleasant shopping experience....i bet i wear lululemon just about everyday it's SO insanely comfy and i love the fit :) yes i love the flow y bra its definitely a great option for an "everyday" sports bra. some of my others like 50 rep...are super snug which is great for tennis...thanks for writing... also do you know when the holiday collection will be released & colors??! thanks!
@lifeganics yay im glad that you enjoy shopping there - we always try to make an honest effort to really help people out and get what they are looking for. im surprised you got the cardio kick crop - we sold those quite a while ago. i would definitely check back at the beginning of november or the second week of november for new stuff - each month we get a new line plan of new products and typically get shipments on friday mornings and we put out the product by the afternoon usually
@TheBananas96 ~that's awesome! yes i bet it is super popular in canada all the good yoga brands seem to have started there! the quality is far superior to any other fitness clothing that i have purchased. that's why i don't mind spending a little more because the fit, quality, and lifetime of the garment is amazing! i wash all of my lululemon in lingerie bags to insure it doesn't peel or anything :)) i bet you get stuff in canada that we don't see here in the usa right?! have a great week!! xo!~
Soo sad we don`t have lululemon in Germany :-( Since I started working out regularly I`m soo into shopping new clothes for it haha! But it motivates so I have a good excuse :-)
@feeedorable ~awww :( well maybe they have plans for a showroom soon?! it's true it's a great motivator to have nice clothes that you feel good in to work out! whatever it takes! ;)) ~
@lifeganics Would be awesome!! I wouldn`t mind asking friends to buy me some stuff while they are in the US/Canada but the problem is that I really think you have to try on workout clothing :-/ So Lululemon, come to Europe!!!
@dempss1 ~hey yeah they don't have a ton of stores but it's def worth the drive ^^ and yes at first glance their prices are more elevated than other similar designs in the market...however, once you own a pair of say crops, you'll totally feel the price is justified. the fit is perfect, the seams are designed so they do not irritate your skin during workout, some designs have support for knees built in, odor blocking material & if cared for properly, no dryer it will last forever! xo!~
@jessslife ~yes it is!! but...it's old :// it was called the "manifesto" long sleeve...but they DO have a very similar one in stock right now that i looked at in a dark grayish color...they're both insanely soft lol!~
@OMGsoCRAZii yes. do an intense stretching routine (i do the p90x stretch which is an hour long) once a week (find one on youtube maybe?). Do it either on a day that you wont be physically active or AFTER your physical activity, but NEVER do intensive stretching BEFORE physical activity because you'll be very loose and waaay more likely to get injured. do 3 sets of jumping jacks or skip rope before stretching in order to warm up. Moderate stretching is obviously okay before physical activity
I love lulu lemon
