The dog can not help that it has a long tongue. I think it's great you love your dog unconditionally. My dog Puggy, has a gigantic tongue as well,so I know all the pros and cons of a big tongued dog. Puggy's tongue isn't quite as big as Brandys, but is a close second, after all, Puggy is a 24lb Pekingese and his tongue can hang as long as 7 to 9 inches on a hot day. I have also heard that Brandy has passed and I am very sorry for your loss.
