I believe this is powerful because although he is a comedian, he says this with a lot of honor and glory for one greater than himself. You can tell that he is sincere with conviction; and that he has a heart full of grace.

If we have to explain it then trust me you are for sure lacking the necessary faculty in order to decipher the reason it would bring anyone to tears. Depth is required in order to conclude depth. As if to insinuate that comedians walk around 24/7 having to be funny. Good Lord!
Since this event I saw him on TBN with Donnie McClurkin, and I applaud his mom for taking her children to church,and giving them a knowledge of who Christ is. I also applaud his dad for supporting his wife each time she got herself and her children ready for church even though he was not a church goer.
