I had a really rough night yesterday and I spent a lot of time crying and praying to God for answers to why this was happening to me. As I listened to this song it made me realize that at that moment. In the middle of the night while I was crying. I cried out to him. And at the time I felt like he wasn't answering me(I've always had issues in believeing in him) . But this song made me realize he was there by my side. Taking care of me... thank you.

i love this song. i think this song is telling us that God is always there for you no matter what,, but we have to accept him and not fight him off, and that when ever we feel that no one loves us we should remember that God does and he is and will always be with us, and that we are never alone.
i think of my parents when i hear this. you can interpret it as you want, but remember that you can physically show ur love for your parents. always be grateful for how much your parents love you...even if you get mad at them occasionally. thank you for being the only peple that would always forgive me no matter what and for being there for me when the people i thought cared me didn't.

I know none of you know me but I am going through a rough time. I'm depressed, my youth pastor's baby passed away shortly after birth, and my best has and will be sick for months. I'm just asking that some of you may be able to pray for my whole church as we are all having a tough time. Our heavenly father is testing us in many shapes and forms. My sis and her hubby are also atheists and you made me think of my niece. There are several versions of a prayer that will help you find the words to accept Jesus into your heart (look up online). Start there. Then read the Bible whenever you can. You must love and respect your parents, even if they don't understand or embrace your faith. Strive to be a model of love for them. God has already blessed you -- most kids your age don't seek Him but instead chase worldly things.
Guys, a teenager is pregnant. She was raped, and even though she had little chance of survival, she chose to keep the baby. She's near death right now, so let's please all pull together and pray for her! A person that does something that great doesn't deserve to die. @molly4packers Be who YOU are, not what your parents want you to be. Be proud for your love for Christ, beleive me, excepting Christ into your life is the most amazing adventure ever! God loves you so much, and sent His only Son to save us all. Your parents will still love you like crazy, even if you begin to know God, and have a real relationship with Him. Trust me, sometimes I just wanna dance like crazy beceuse of the joy God has filled me with. :)
@molly4packers Its obvious that you want to love God, and that you love your parents. I personally think that you should tell them sooner than later. Who knows, maybe you'll lead your parents to Christ, but you can't do that until you tell them. Don't worry about telling your parents, they'll still love you. I'm not going to lie to you. Becoming a christian isn't the easiest thing. You will go through troublesome times, but remember, God doesn't give you anything he knows you can't handle.
@molly4packers And aside from what the others say, God may change their minds about Christianity through you. Just ask Him to strengthen you, and He will. You might even end up being amazed with how the God of the whole universe is as He touches your life, and even your parents life too. :D

@molly4packers Pray your heart out! Ask God, and he will give you the grace you need to be a witness to your faith. Of course, you're parents probably won't understand you're love for Jesus, because they are blind to it, but that just gives you an even bigger reason to show it to them! I suggest that you dig deeper in your faith before trying to explain to someone who won't necessarily be as open minded as you. I also suggest the book Youcat. It will help you. I promise.

Why are you all jumping on this so fast. People have their own opinions, now I must say I am a Christian and it's not a decision I regret, but some people are always going to be against God. Some people will never believe. It is our job to minister and pray but that is the best we can do. My sis and her hubby are also atheists and you made me think of my niece. There are several versions of a prayer that will help you find the words to accept Jesus into your heart (look up online). Start there. Then read the Bible whenever you can. You must love and respect your parents, even if they don't understand or embrace your faith. Strive to be a model of love for them. God has already blessed you -- most kids your age don't seek Him but instead chase worldly things.

God loves you so much, and sent His only Son to save us all. Your parents will still love you like crazy, even if you begin to know God, and have a real relationship with Him. Trust me, sometimes I just wanna dance like crazy beceuse of the joy God has filled me with. :)

@molly4packers Its obvious that you want to love God, and that you love your parents. I personally think that you should tell them sooner than later. Who knows, maybe you'll lead your parents to Christ, but you can't do that until you tell them. Don't worry about telling your parents, they'll still love you. I'm not going to lie to you. Becoming a christian isn't the easiest thing. You will go through troublesome times, but remember, God doesn't give you anything he knows you can't handle.

@molly4packers Pray your heart out! Ask God, and he will give you the grace you need to be a witness to your faith. Of course, you're parents probably won't understand you're love for Jesus, because they are blind to it, but that just gives you an even bigger reason to show it to them! I suggest that you dig deeper in your faith before trying to explain to someone who won't necessarily be as open minded as you. I also suggest the book Youcat. It will help you. I promise.

"God gave me His eyes and opened my blind ones. He opened them to the lonely people around me. When I started seeing all of these people I had never noticed before, I started to sit with them during lunch. So now when I walk into the cafeteria at my school, instead of looking for my friends, my eyes wander to the people who are sitting all alone. But as a pastor's child myself, I just want to say it's hard. So many expectations are thrown at me, and people often forget that I'm just a kid. But that still doesn't give your pastor's son the right to do such things. I'm glad you were able to let it go- let God deal with the situation, and remember, our God is a just God.

Why are you all jumping on this so fast. People have their own opinions, now I must say I am a Christian and it's not a decision I regret, but some people are always going to be against God. Some people will never believe. It is our job to minister and pray but that is the best we can do.
