@zelda69 i was only able to beat him with Eiji Date in story mode... when you're supposed to lose. and it took me a while.. i guess you have to do that body uppercut constantly and sway + left hook to the face , and you have to keep moving

Even in hard mode Ive never really found hawk all that hard... But I do still have issues with Date every so often and playing the game on view 02 makes it eraser to box but view 00 sure make the game look nicer :D Oh and the VB series are by far the best boxing games ever made flat out. It gives u full control of your charters and the fucking JAB is actually useful lol.

it was always frustrating for me to fight Hawk...if i did'nt rush him he would KO me quick with an extremely fast hook or uppercut...hes kinda like the equivalent of Roy Jones in real life
