Not happy with Re/Max we never hear from our agent. No phone call from him in 6 months. I see people all the time stopping by and making phone calls from the sign. We never get any updates. Not Blaming Re/Max just our agent and his office. Not at all like this video claims. Would this be false advertising?

@BikeSag Sorry to hear that; Have you called this agent or his broker recently? That would be my recommendation; Every market and agent is different; Maybe when folks call him and he tells them the price, they get disillusioned or not interested.. Maybe he has no news (or no good news).. but that is still not a reason not to communicate. I think if you initiated a call to him/his office you would get it cleared up right away. Good luck!

The alternative might be a massive over supply of homes for sale resulting in crashing home prices which would effect all homeowners. All in all foreign investor confidence in any market place American or otherwise is a good thing. I would encourage you to keep thinking positively, and appereciate the humor in this video.

People who get the properties(banks, government, etc.), hire worldwide companies to sell them. As he said "might even sell your house to a foreign guy", so now you have a foreign person owning the property, while an American is living out of a car or shelter, and begging CPS not to take his/her kids away. All in the name of "The Allmighty Dollar". :(
