This film marks the beginning of "Batman" as the AVGN says, "The Bat" was the film that give birth to "Batman". It was from 1926 and it was silent.

The first version was made in 1915 but this is the one that inspired Batman.

both versions may have influenced him scenes from this version was used in a documentary about the history of Batman.
