I used to love this stuff for breakfast in Beijing - especially in winter. Cheap and VERY tasty. That chilli paste is yummy. Quite filling, tho I generally bought 2. I ate 3 once and felt seriously bloated. Amazing to watch them making it. Commonly a husband and wife team and they really go at it cos its v popular. Can be a bit greasy as its fried in oil but they bake it off in that (coal briquette fired) brazier. Gimme some now !

the last time i bought one of these in mexico i found that they put scallions, brown paste, red paste, and onions in my "Bin" and when i went back to kick him in his nuts i found that he left but i saw a baxmonstertrak mangina and dildo on the ground...sinister....... aye?

其實也不會臟啦......有時候有些人只要一看到中國的就敏感到死...然後那種“台灣更發達，台灣人更加優越的”優越感就來了.....
其實我讀書的時候在新加坡的很多家五星級酒店裏面打過工...不見得比這個乾淨..怎麼說吧，吃宴席的時候成千上萬的盤子都是機器洗的，水一過就好了..經常有殘菜啊肉啊粘在上面，很噁心的！我們都要自己一個個盤子檢查了才敢拿給客人用...所謂洗盤只是熱水一衝，細菌殺光...黏在上面的肉剝下來拿毛巾一擦就罷了....我想...新加坡政府部門的嚴格和高效率是大家都知道的，所以說能看出台灣也不見得好得到哪裡去.......
總而言之，不乾淨不要緊，好吃沒毒...吃不出三聚氰胺你就別管那麼多了！
