:( had my eye test... got 20/20 vision xD however, i have acute colour blindness so i cant fly fast jets :( am so gutted and watching this video makes me so jelous. so i'm joing the British army as an officer hoping to fly the Apache, supposably to fly a helicopter its defferent eye - wise

Its possible but remember that you are looking at training missions where they arent pushing the fuel to its absolute limits. When having a real mission planed they will fly as straight as needed.

no what i mean is while doing different manuevers the plane loses airspeed. and thus needs more fuel to keep it at the same airspeed...

vfa-146 lost a bird when they were deployed back in 1994 on the Kitty hawk. I know. I was in the catwalk when it "fodded" out on cat 4 and did a nice up and down,,,, right into the water. crew member got a ride in the "air watch" helo and that was about it. :-)
