this song has many meanings, some deeper than others, but the meaning to me s very emotional, there's a lady who I know who suffers from Cerebral Palsy, and she owns quite a few horses, and her favorite, Wildfire had to be put down on Christmas eve, 2009, and there was a huge freeze and snow on that week. This song brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it.

@tao7780 That's what's so great about great music, we can enjoy covers of wonderful songs when they are done well. Imitation is the greatest form of flattery, right? Well, Tracy did a great job with this classic Michael Murphey song. What I like about it most is that he didn't try to mimic that classic piano part in beginning and end of the original. Great work, it don't cause the same emotional response in me as Michaels, but still an incredible cover.
