My cervix prolapsed at 38 and had to be removed. My doctor said I was "Clean As A Whistle." I didn't need a mesh liner or any of that. It's 9 years later and I am fine. I am not in menopause, sex is great because I have no cycles & whatnot, and I get no complaints it :). If you're worried about that maybe after 6-8 weeks start doing krugels.
