I'll never understand why someone would hunt such graceful majestic intelligent social beings. hunting should be forbidden permanently. we are no gods so playing god is not an option. the hunters should shoot themselves or at least be ashamed of themselves. savages. Trumpeter Swans rule!

They are so funny! It can be very amusing listening to them, especially at night when they seem to be more active. They all appear to get quiet at once, once in a while, then you will hear one of them start goin and then everyone *else* starts goin! LOL

My dad and stepmom used to have a house on a lake, where every season the swans would hit the lake and be there for several weeks. I was there several times while the swans were, and when they get to goin they can make a pretty big ruckus! LOL It's funny actually, sometimes! :)

@elassawipo They are called Tundra swans. Trumpeter swans have all black bills and mute swans have yellow bills. MOSWAN

@SafcLad2k I know a Trumpeter swan that had one. His name was Louis (and pronounced Louie BTW).
