Hey one of the best training "apparatuses" I have seen!! Very nice!! I can see now how this one can be adjusted also for high kicks!

very good apparatus, would love to see this in production, as well has a model that could be used for mid and high level kicks too.
BTW the myspace webaddress on the vid is missing the dot com bit ;)

You designed that? That machine is incredible, it was my favorite piece of gear for training the thai kick. How much is it to build? You should sell this product!
