  • hello! My roommate and i made your velvet cake and it turned out just beautiful! We loved it so much and received many compliments that we turned them into red velvet christmas cupcakes! We are definitely going to make your beef stroganoff tonight and this one is our next attempt!!!

  • Ummmm. . . well, I've had a few Philly Cheese Steaks in my time, and I'm afraid this is a Very different thing. So different in fact that the reference is pretty much a stretch. Serving this in Philly might get you chased by angry mobs with pitch forks and flaming torches. LOL. But I'm sure it's yummy, and what the heck, a little sacrilege never hurt anybody. . . much. LOL.

  • @ironbuttermilk You know, I was going to say the same thing. NOBODY outside of Philadelphia knows what a true Cheesesteak is. (I refuse to call it a Philly Cheesesteak.) Cheese Whiz and chopped steak, just like Pat's, is perfect...ooops...did I show my Philly side? hehe

    No matter, it looks great. I just wouldn't call it Philly Beef anything. It's actually a bit like a Hamburger Helper dish, but better! Great job!

    BTW- If you use a whisk with the roue, you won't get the lumps.

  • Betty ruuuuuules! I'm italian, but i live in England. luuuuuuv your recepies! You should talk with bbq pit boys (the guys that cook on barbecue on youtube) and make a cross-over between your recepies! It would be great!
