I was fortunate enough to see uncle Ted do this at the DTE theater in Michigan on the 4th of July. Ted 6,000 show! It was one of the greatest concerts I've ever been to! He placed the guitar with the arrow sticking out, on the front Mick's kick drum and I could see the Lumenok all lit up red at the end of the arrow. It was so cool!

tannerite. It's a legal binary explosive. Often used in shooting sports for a fun reactive target. Ted would certainly know about it. Probably what it was. Relatively safe and weak stuff to work with.
