I actually clicked the link to express similar thoughts. Reality shows like this are a way for people to invent excitement and things to talk about in their petty excuse for lives. Instead of caring about actual things that matter (Wars in the middle east, Iran's sham election, etc), They watch shows like this so they have something to talk about the next day at work. As if any of this shit will actually matter in a year or two.

Experience have helps often with in that buisness.

If you are a producer and want a oscar or anything else ,would you choose a professional actor who act 5 years or a new one with some experience that act like 1 year.

Maybe you work as a coffe holder for the director but not in the industry.

If you work there then you should learn to write text without mistakes.

To some degree I agree. In others I disagree. For one you comment about age and experience. In the film industry like many others. Its mostly about talent. Experience does help with such talent. Though if you don't have that talent, then I feel the experience is wasted. This is exactly why some people have acted in films for most their lives. And not gotten anywhere but low budget films. Where others come in and within a short time start making a name for themselves.
