@choas1211 well let me help you just zoom enough to the fence light like he did (look at 3:03 he zoomed a lot and the fence doesnt flashes) and it wont flash zoom out and will flash again. and for the safari just build 2 safaris and place them in a same track in a straight path hope this helps :) im not joking this really works dude

@leighgazzard The possible reason the power is out is because it was damaged before somewhere else by a twister or something this stops the light from working. I know that is what happens in game but i have no idea how he/she did it in this.
