Here are some more tips:

-Zoom your camera in some more to take out that ugly non professional table out of the shot.

-If you have the money and the skill, use a green screen to key in a studio background.

-The main host (guy with glasses) looks extremely nervous. You can tell that from him twirling his red pen around and around. It's distracting so either zoom in like I said earlier or take the pen away.
