Colorado Revivised Statutes 23-31-309
under part (1) (b) it says: "(b) The general assembly further finds and declares that motorists who have been stopped by peace officers for no reason other than the color of their skin or their apparent race, ethnicity, age, or gender are the victims of discriminatory practices."
Disability is not included along with the words, color of skin, race, ethnicity, age or gender. Why isn't the word disability included?
