  • Shait just spray it with brake cleaner wipe dry, bet any product will stick for years

  • It would of been better to explain what the proper procedure is in prepping a bath rather than to

accuse others of a bad job. People always make mistakes (the world is not perfect) it's knowledge that makes the difference.

  • you can fix cracks and holes with bondo...it works great! way cheap!! walmart has it!!

  • AFTER YOUR DONE USING THIS SYSTEM/ADVICE CALL A PRO AND GET IT DONE CORRECTLY. FYI THEY CAN BE CHIPPED,CRACKED ALL YOU WANT AS WE FREQUENTLY FIX CRACKS,LARGE HOLE(SIZE OF A BASEBALL) CONSTANTLY, AND THE AVERAGE COST OF REPLACING IS 2500.00

  • Haha. What do you think you gonna get for $125? $125 gets you what you pay for - crap. It all boils down to the question: "Do you care if a tub peels off after you flip the house?" As for rentals - most landlords blame the peeling $125 job on the tennant and make them pay for a new refinishing job. Being cheap and screwing people - that's the road to "building wealth" and maintaining it. Ever tried "being honest, generous, and helping" in real estate? See how wealthy that makes you.

  • @GreatWhiteNiko Doing it the right way will make it last for years. Hiring a half-&%$ so called professional who does not prep it properly, is a waste of your hard earned money.

  • @MikeButlerDotCom I agree. 90% of any paint project is the prep.

  • @GreatWhiteNiko my friend did his tub a while back. with the $36 kit from lowes and it looks amazing...not a chip or anything...it did stink up the bath room for 2 days though...anyway... its been at least 2 years and its still holding up and they have 3 kids in it every night!

  • @london1817 You can spray paint a car too. It will look fine for years. How fine that's another question. I have actually seen a tub painted with a brush and regular latex paint that was being used for 2 years. It was very hard to remove that latex. It was not very ugly either - if you like the rustic look. A professional can resurface a tub so well that it will look like porcelain for years. And a professional car painter can make a paint job be better than the original.

  • mike, what is it you just spent 5:15 showing us?
