@xputonahappyfacex Parental permission has nothing to do with it any more than a parent can't pimp their child out for ANY illegal act. "NOT A REAL KISS" is the reason why this is considered legal & it is determined by social services who are on set. Precedent was set in 1970 when a 40-year old Clint Eastwood kissed a 11-year old actress to make THE BEGUILED (I've seen it, yucky scene) but it was meant to be yucky. Here the two actors are meant to be romantic so may not be that innocent.

@MOLLIPOP12 Love doesn't overrule the legal system. If a 25 dude kissed a 15 girl in real life he would go to jail. I often think about kissing older girls in their 20's & girls only a year younger than me. Maybe its the same way with girls. So I think it was probably nicer for Selena than it was for him. @Ramubay actually no its not. the age of consent in the USA. is PRECIEVED as being 18 everywhere but its actually 16 in majority of the states. meaning in most states a 16 year old can legally have sex with a 30 year old if they wanted to. dont confuse age of consent with age of majority (adult age) two different things.

WELL NOW Selena is 18, so if she wanted to hook up with Drew she could. He is 28. They actually make a hot couple. But one thing I love about Selena is if she is dating Drew, she kep it private between the two.

"NOT A REAL KISS" is the reason why this is considered legal & it is determined by social services who are on set. Precedent was set in 1970 when a 40-year old Clint Eastwood kissed a 11-year old actress to make THE BEGUILED (I've seen it, yucky scene) but it was meant to be yucky. Here the two actors are meant to be romantic so may not be that innocent.

I often think about kissing older girls in their 20's & girls only a year younger than me. Maybe its the same way with girls. So I think it was probably nicer for Selena than it was for him. Maybe it would have been better if he were 16 or 17 at the time & it would have been more comfortable for them both & maybe really enjoy it. For the actor playing the guy, best job ever.

@Ramubay actually no its not. the age of consent in the USA. is PRECIEVED as being 18 everywhere but its actually 16 in majority of the states. meaning in most states a 16 year old can legally have sex with a 30 year old if they wanted to. dont confuse age of consent with age of majority (adult age) two different things.
