in some of these interactive cutscenes it seems unnecesary that you have to FORCE lara to do things. isn't it just natural intstinct to take cover if you see a possible explosion, wouldn't you just jump if there was a gap and a slicing blade?

Not necessarily. Sometimes a shock about what is happening can paralise you or you just don't get the overview about the whole situation and therefore don't have enough time to decide what you should do. Remember that these interactive cutscenes pass very quickly.

To get the black swimsuit, you must complete the game with 100%, that means all levels and time runs, all treasures and so on. The white one is a bit easier to get, but I don't know the exact requirements.
