  • Galaxception....

  • I still prefer the name "Androway."

  • 1 persons from Andromeda

  • and i thought the result would be something bigger, lol i guess everything is just mushed up near the centre, or the light is bad

  • milky-dromeda?

  • Hail Milkomeda!

  • we might get throwed out of the milky way and maybe die or might live or a gobal planet war heh earth might not survive and mars and mercury and alot of astroids incudling almost all moons and most of all neptune and uranus might colide or what ever the "Astroids Incudling or what ever these all are" also back to this: maybe even saturn might be killed and jupiter might be last planet or our sun can be a sun with no planets or a dead sun blown up

  • If your a vampire your SCREWED!

  • I'm moving to Canada

  • *Nothing to do here*

  • Great balls o' fire! wait is that what I think it is? OH FUCK WE'RE ALL SCREWED!

  • @Ben98N RUN FOR YOU LIVES! wait that won't do anything WE'RE FUCKED even if we run for our lives!

  • @Ben98N WE'RE ALL GONNA DIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!XD

  • @Ben98N Before we all die I want to say something...FUCK YOU GUYS I GOT A ROCKET! I'm going to live!:D

  • After so many years, the human kind will have invented a machine that changes galaxy positions. They will save us... If you dont believe me, just have a quick thought about how fast technology goes on now, so imagine technology in 3 billion years...

    THUMBS UP, IF YOU AGREE!!

  • man if ur smart stop talking cuz u hurt tha otha peoples brians

  • I hope the Autobots and the Decepticons will be present after this shit ...

  • We will be fucked by this shit if we are present in about 3 billion years,Welcome to your new goddamn life!

  • Just think, millions of lifeforms, destroyed. In one swift movement, billions of living things have died. Makes you feel insignificant, doesn't it?

It doesn't matter if you die, everything dies. Join the club!

  • @HaxorPwnerHax The Galaxies are almost empty space. There is a very very small likelihood of some stars colliding. But yes, we are insignificant. And also, this collision will not be "...one swift moment....", it will happen over millions of years.

  • Galaxy Wars!

  • but where is our solar system gonna be....?

  • @LargeVirus We're FUCKED!!!

  • i think ill take the opportunity to hop over and hang out in andromeda for a while.. a change of airs will be in order by that time

  • cant wait

  • That wouldn't happen.....it would cause a massive explosion resulting in a quasar no?and how are we on collision course if everything expands outward in the same direction?

  • @eduardinho777

a quasar/black hole is very rare and only happens when a star dies and implodes in on its self

  • @cajkc No it's not it's twenty times smaller

  • From what I hear. The stars don't collide.

  • @xtelevisionset

    Well you heard wrong.

  • @xtelevisionset Yeah i heard there is so much space between the stars that no stars will actuall collide with eachother.

  • Hello, first of all, great video. Secondly, did you animate this? If so is this gravity according to GR or Newton? I'm just curious.

  • I couldn't tell which galaxy was which. Is the Milky Way on the left in the beginning?

  • @jm5390 I believe the Milky way is smaller than Andromeda.

  • we have to low porcent to die :)

  • Andromilk

  • i want a simulator of the universe that do that better than universe sandbox

  • @Lauro365 are you useing the RK4 accuracy?

  • This is awesome... But keep in mind no stars will touch

  • Very realistic

  • To have a star collision don't need the effective touch between then, only a change of yours trajectories, but effective collisions are possible but very very rare to happen because the great empty space between them, it's is most possible inside a young nebular cloud or very very close of the center of galaxies both because the gravitational forces.

  • after that Chuck Norris said pff lets create something else humans was bored

  • Did we win?

  • 1:25 That's the Evil Eye

  • Would be nice to know what was used for this simulation. It looks very theoretically accurate, compared to a lot of similar animations thrown around on YT (Universe Sandbox animations for one are great, but not actually very accurate). The amount of particles is mind boggling...

Oh, and, talking about the collision; it's not really dramatic. Even though the galaxies might collide, the distance between stars is still so immense that they're not actually going to collide. In essence, harmless.

  • @Mythricia1988

The claim that stars won't collide is a myth.

This model shows you both galaxies fall completely into one another's super-massive black holes and keep collapsing. If you run the model a bit further, they keep right on collapsing further.

this is what's called a Quasar, and I can assure you all life in the galaxy would be extinguished sometime during the first or second pass, due to absolutely insane amounts of Gamma and X-ray radiation coming out of the accretion disks.

  • @Mythricia1988

Roughly half to two thirds of all the ordinary matter in a Galaxy is not stars, but rather dust, gas, brown dwarfs, comets, and rogue planets in the spaces between stars.

So stars need not even collide with other stars in order to be colliding with one or more stellar masses worth of material.

These dust collisions and black holes feeding transfer momentum between the galaxies, cancelling their relative motion and stopping them. Gravity alone doesn't do that without collision.

  • @Wade23581 So in essence, what you're saying is that I'm right - stars won't be colliding. Very elongated way to say it! As for the quasar, at no point did I say anything about life, and it's survivability or lack of. Furthermore, nobody knows exactly how / if the milky way and Andromeda actually will collide, since the measurements to determine that cannot / have not yet been done yet. They may pass eachother by. And in that same sense, the above scenario may not happen - they may just merge.

  • ...After that Collision a new galaxy was created and they called it: MilkShakeAndromeda Way

  • @tameme8179 It's True !!! rsrsrs

  • its like andromeda has a black hole within it

  • Street Galaxy fight

  • Welcome to "Mildromeda"

  • @isaotron Milkdromeda is better

  • @RobloxTitanicMovie Haha. Good one bro

  • MILKY WAY FTW

    Andromedia is a peice poo-poo XD :3

  • If this is real? who recorded this

  • @RafyDesigns first off this is a animation, we live in the milky way galaxy so no one actrually recorded this. 2nd this wont happen for about 3 billion years and would not move that fast this is a sped up version of what could happen.

  • @RafyDesigns Yes, it's absolutely real. I recorded this with my brand new Nokia Lumion time machine, using the timelapse function to record the events of the next 4,5 billion years. To get to the vantage point I wanted, I used third party software, called Angry Birds Of Intergalactic Prey, which after you score a trillion points on the game unlocks the grand prize, the Nokia Intergalactic Travel Hack. Getting back home was the tricky part, as the battery died on me twice.

  • thumbs up for milky way!

  • @XX33D1 I totally want that to happen yet, Andromeda is a lot bigger than the milky way.

  • We should use a bomb to blast away Andromeda before it does any harm. Invoke the homeland security clause, man, This is serious shit!

  • @azzy314159 C4 will definetly blow away millions/billions of HUGE stars :D

  • Good, let's go meet our Andromeda neighbors.

  • Andromeda is bigger so there's a definite chance we'll be swallowed up.

  • @jbrandonf

    Aha...no...

  • This WILL happen in approximately 3 billion years (Graduate from the school of Science Channel)

  • its funny how we all cheer for milky way....

  • Whoop Andromeda's ass Milky Way! GO MILK WAY!

  • 4.6 billion years this will happen....what if i die?

  • @eugeanbean after too many reicarnates...bee,woman,bird,cow, man, cow, worm, etc.etc.etc.;and then you'll watch at first line the fusion...energy never ends!!

  • we are sperms :/ that was a pretty nasty sexy moves andromeda got it from mr milky

  • Brace your selves everyone!!

  • It will happen in a very very very very long time! Wonder what that would be like when it did.. I wonder how it would be arranged after settling.. Or if more life will continue/start after!

  • MILKY WAY IS GOING TO FUCK ANDROMEDIA UP MILKY WAY IS LIKE BITCH I BEN THE HEAVY WEIGHT CHAMPION FOR 300 BILLION YEARS AINT NO WAY IM GOIN TO GIVE DAT UP

  • at 0:51 that dos'nt look to good for future man kind :(

  • @sorrensen9 humans wont be around then

  • @TeamIsOnMyBack We potentially could be =P

  • This is how two Beautiful galaxies make love.it's mystifying.

  • i bet none of'em would survive, but there would be a newborn from a female galaxy (milkyway?) and a male galay (andromeda?)!:D

  • keep in mind that this theory is reflected in a susposicion created by stephen hawking (I thought the teacher)

  • place ur bets, gentlemen!

  • There is no exact data or time to match the claim it might not collide to a fuller extent as

simulations predict, there are many factors,, dark matter, black holes, gravitational pulls and unknown gases that can turn the galxies dance around... but nice simulations nevertheless. Someone got paid to use that software:)))

  • technically neither galaxy 'wins', cuz they both suck each other up, right?

  • There is no proof that a collsion will happen, Andromeda's side to side velocity is unkown, so it could just pass closely by our galaxy

  • MILKY WAY ALL DAH WAY

  • beautiful

  • Don't forget, this happens over a span of a billion years. So a second in this video is hundreds of thousands of years.

  • I wish i could be alive to see this.

  • @1997adorable Even if you were alive when this was happening, your entire lifespan would expire because this collision happens so slowly no one would notice it.

  • the time it takes for a galaxy to make one full rotation is about 250 billion years so we'll all be dead before this collision b/c our sun will have exploded, so no worries!

  • its amazing because its a remote chance that any two of the billions of stars in those galaxies will collide when they seem to be tearing themselves apart. we'd probably barely notice if it happens a few millenia ago before modern science.. you might see a new light in the sky if a quasar is produced, but probably nothing harmful.

  • We won't win in galactic colisions such as this gravity will tear both of us apart...in about 3 billion years

  • Milky way + Andromeda=Andromeda vaporized by Milky way. MILKY WAY KICK ITS ASS FTW

  • So wwhere's Earth? busted away? in milky way's centre? I'm so scared i can't even think about it. mabye we'll hit Black hole? Still. scared

  • @sipelgapesa11 dude. this process will take billions of years. you will die billions of years before it happens....

  • on 0:29 it looks like eyes

  • the light thing in the middle is a black hole and you might be thinking there black but they are surronded buy many stars

  • None of them will win, since it's a collision, which means they will COLLIDE not FIGHT and form a bigger galaxy.

  • @MoterCrozz But the milky way is more massive than Andromeda, so the new galaxy will be composed of more of the Milky way's mass than Andromeda's

  • @AStarSifter Didn't Andromeda had 13 trillion stars?We have more!?Well,um...awesome!

  • @MoterCrozz No it has more visable mass, we have 200-400 billion stars , but we have much more Dark Matter

  • @AStarSifter Okay,thanks for letting me know!

    Cheers!

  • Milky way is obviously winning

  • i can see my house from here

  • I'm sorry, but its a 80% The andromeda will suck US in, as it is larger then the milky way.

  • God, sooooo beautifully done. Congrats!!!

  • very interestinnnng!!,,,they never failed to amazed me!

  • so in 3.5 billion years all live in both galaxies will get a fresh start

  • if two galaxies collide than the two will spiral around eachother and than eventually explode because of the two main stars colliding

  • @xXAOVxWarriorXx There are no "main" stars in a galaxy. But what you might be thinking of are the supermassive black holes that reside at the center of both galaxies. When black holes coalesce (combine), they don't explode, blowing themselves apart. Instead, they do release huge amounts of radiation that one could perceive as an "explosion", but one that doesn't rip apart the galaxies or black holes themselves.

  • this makes me very nostalgic :'(

  • i, for one, welcome our new andromeda overlords

  • THERES SHIT FLYING EVERYWHERE!!!!

  • The sun win 0:53

  • this simulation is all happening at about 70,000 earth years a second (according to my new game i bought :3)

  • The Super Galaxy has awoken!!!!

  • @boneeman4 lol u do know that after colision Earth most likely will be gone due to Forece caused by colision and only stars that survived colision will exist. i would give 40% of chance that SOL system meaning our soloar system will survive colision. Basicly what im teling you is its not gonna be Super galaxy at all... It will cause some civilizations to end. if u think it wount than you may also think that galaxies are made of Milk and cookies.

  • Nah go Asia~

  • 0:25 andromeda increases their ki

  • I feel like After the Milky Way wins, a huge banner should come up and say MERICA!

  • @StarcoGAMES Uhm...how about 'GO EARTH' not just 'AMERICA' 'cause you guys are not the center of the fucking planet ok?

  • @bandotheepicperson I DONT NO WAT EARTH IIS? IS DAT WER DA COMMUNIST LIVES? MERICA!!!!!!! Now, you probably thinking "OMG this ignorant Americans" When in reality, Europeans are more ignorant because of there narrow views on our country. We dont hate you, yet you hate us for some reason....

  • @StarcoGAMES 1. I'm Canadian actually. 2. I do not hate the U.S.A. , yet sometimes there ARE ignorant people who think their country is the center of everything. Not necceserily(?) just the U.S.A. Sorry for the confusion. It was also late when I wrote that so....

  • @StarcoGAMES And also, I suppose that banner would be good in that comical sense.

  • @bandotheepicperson MERICA!

  • @bandotheepicperson Juts kidding, GO CANADA!

  • the Milky Way will win!

  • @GENERALJONJON andromeda is larger though

  • @jerricchong Only in size and number of stars, the Milky Way is likely more masive than Andromeda

  • GO ON MILKY WAY, YOU KICK ITS ASS!

  • well at least i wont be alive when this happens.

  • million LIGHT years are distance meter not time lol.

  • he look like a tornado

  • does this mean we will die? o-o

  • @1991784512 YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @1991784512 Where not going to die really. I think it is like 6 billion light years away so I don't think we will get attacked. :P

  • @1991784512 Where not going to die really. I think it is like 6 billion light years away so I don't think we will get attacked. :P

  • @sabrinakirkinson yea :P ik its like every 1 sec of this video is 500million light years aka 100 billion years :D ty god :P

  • @1991784512 A light-year is the distance covered by light traveling for 1 year. It's not a measurement of time.

  • @Freak2121GTAF Yea but if you calculated Light-years to normal years you will get a result so light-years helps

  • @1991784512 How would a convert a distance covered in a year's time to just plain time?

    1 light year = 9.4605284 × 1015 meters

That is the distance covered by light in ONE year. 365 days.

  • @Freak2121GTAF How would you*

  • @Freak2121GTAF Well say that Andromeda galaxy travels say 1 Light-year per 20 years

If we cover the distance between us and Andromeda say if it's like 100billion Light-years Away then it might take about 2,000billion years to hit us. So Light-years help
