@UnbakedFan6 Yeah, Flak Jacket takes Rolling Thunder damage but it's much less. Regardless, you'll still die if you're directly under so I recommend moving out of its way or into a building ASAP. Also, if a mortar lands right next to you, it's an instant kill even with Flak Jacket. So if you survive the first mortar badly hurt, you want to hightail it before the second one lands.

flak jacket + hardend + tactical mask(all pro) = juggernaut= no fire damge,no explosife damage,safe throwback less damage fron choppagunna/ gunship cuz they count as explosives,shooting through walls , extra air bulletdamage, no flinching when hit, no nova gas damage, almost no flash,stun effect and you see where an enemy is when you stun or flash him. thumbs up :)
