i understand perfectly that the crowd sucked big time. but i'm sick and tired of you guys judging americans. since you guys are so perfect why don't you be the bigger person and not judge all of us because one crowd. don't get me wrong i love placebo with all my heart they're my all time favorite band and i'm an american.

Placebo are not very well known in the U.S despite them being around longer than most of the bands at PR. i think that has something to do with the crowd being a bit dead... also keep in mind that the majority of this crowd is a linkin park crowd... placebo's sound is much much different, so i bet almost none of these ppl have heard them before.

..but what got me mad was that everyone mostly came during tbs and mcr. AND THE WORST PART. was 6 people came in our row in the middle of mcr, THEN left halfway through my chemical romance.

To decendfromgrace: i've always liked the vid 4 meds,but this live version 4 me is beyond amazing & yeah it was a stupid shitty crowd that didn't deserve how placebo still sang their hearts out cos they're real professionals.PLACEBO has & 4-ever will rule!!!...and death to the evil ticket police :)

I didn't know anything about Placebo besides "Pure Morning" but I gave them respect and since they did put on such a good show, I bought their cd and since I loved it so much, I bought another and another. you know what, a lot of people probably meant to get there earlier but got stuck in traffic - we missed two of the first bands from the Revolution stage - stuff happens - Detroit's still a rock town - but it is a shame that Placebo gets hardly any radio air play - but I would think that's not only in Detroit

fucking boring crowd. it sucked for them to be the second band that day,

the reason the seats where empty is i think Placebo was the first on on the main stage, and a lot of people where in line to meet saosin and
madina lake and buy stuff. it was hotter than hell that day.
