  • Whatever food you eat, liquid you drink, lotions you put on your skin, make sure they are ALL organic 100%, ALL natural 100%!

The sun is good for us! Do not try to block it out! Mike Adams tells the truth! Get your nutritional health up with a lot of antioxidants (eating ORGANIC blue berries, drinking ORGANIC green tea, etc.) and then you will be fine!

The sun is not bad for you!

The chemicals all found in NON-organic foods, drinks, pharmaceutical medications, etc. are VERY bad for you!

  • hello! I live in Greece where the sun is always shining, I am blond with white skin and I used to sunburn a lot! When I changed my food to more healthy (no yeast, no meat, no alcohol, no cigaretes,) and I detoxified my self, (for other reason), i found out that I can sunbath for several hours and I never got a sunburn again! so I agree,!

  • The Unitarian Trophoblastic Thesis on Cancer, as Scottish embryologist Dr. John Beard of Edinburgh University (College, then perhaps) called it, namely: pre-embryonic cells and healing cells are indistinguishable...and Drs. Ernst Krebs' assertion that the naturally-occurring, hydrogen cyanide-rich substance Amygdalin killed malignant cells (useless/errant) healing cells is: CYANIDE IS A POISON AND LAETRILE (refined apricot pips) CONTAINS CYANIDE THEREFORE LAETRILE IS POISONOUS.

  • ..blk skin ABSORBS sun rays...not block them..pigment absorbs light..thats why we dont have dont get skin cancer...hes not making sense...no diet is going to protect wht skin..less time in the sun = adequate vit D levels??? then what... U have to run inside for protection... nature would NEVER choose vitD over skin cancer

  • @abstract1968 I'm white w blonde hair and haven't gotten sunburn the last 3 years..when in fact I've been in the sun more in the last 3 years than any other time in my life- roofing 8-10 hrs a day w no shirt on almost 100% of summer time & doing outdoor sports the majority of my free time..guess what? NO SUNBURN and I never use sunscreen. My diet happens to be exceptional, so the truth stated here is clearly evident.

  • @TruSchoolDefenda..remember ppl will sell anything or concept..my question to you is how do you think eating a particular diet will help..when you werent "designed" to photosynthesis like the plants..dark skin was "designed" to use the suns rays..not block them

  • @abstract1968 "HOW do I think?" Uuuhh let's see.. from DIRECT FIRST HAND OBSERVABLE EVIDENCE..that's how. Did u not read what I typed? Ur question is moot anyways, as I don't know the exact scientific process (if that's what ur after) but I don't have to, to know it works, just like I don't have to be an electrician to prove that flicking a switch will cause my light to come on. I tried it and it works, plain and simple. And what exactly is it that u see is being sold here?

  • @abstract1968 seems ur under the impression that since dark colors absorb & light reflects that skin works the same way..but if that was the case white skin would reflect & not absorb uv rays, therefore never get damaged and we'd all be vit.d defecient.. Haha seems ur brain is so afro centric it's caused u to overlook the disharmony in the flipside of that equation. Are u even THINKING about the white people? Lol..Think maybe it's time for u to re evaluate ur theories..

  • @TruSchoolDefenda well then..haha..you should also know that skin has optical properties (it senses and communicates w/ its environment)..do you think its just for decoration?? you forgot REFRACT..meaning that when white (light) skin senses (communicates/absorbs) light...it will "shatter and scattter" in a away that damaged DNA..thats not good

  • @TruSchoolDefenda if you cant "use" the light energy when its absorbed...then it damages DNA...that energy doesnt just disappear

  • yess when people say sun gives you skin cancer ITS STUPID

  • I absolutely agree!!! Take for instance roofers (poeple who roof buildings), they can work all day in the sun for 20-30 years. and maybe 1 out of 10 of those roofers may develope skin cancer. but why did that one person out of ten develope skin cancer? why didnt ALL of the roofers develope skin cancer - if the sun causes cancer? it probably had something to do with their nutrition and what they were putting on their skin.

  • What cancers can the sun prevent

  • @Masterchief571 All cancers, bro.

  • I heard that sun block blocks UVB and lets in UVA which leads to skin cancer.

  • I hope the sun prevents testicular cancer
