i have a friend of mine whos a blacksmith who is making me a pair of custom anvils for the farmers walk.handles and one end is a little longer tomake them even more off balance.damn i love this shit!my hands get sore as hell but i still do it twice a week.good luck.the anvils weigh between 240-250 each.
thats right my friend,deadlift,deadlift and deadlift some more.i say we melt down all those damn machines into steel i beams,anvis,steel logs,thick bars and whatever else we can use for brute strength.heres to you fellow diosaur!now get back in there and lift MORE weight.you can,you have,you will.
