well you can if you want to, but it lowers your GPA and chances to get into vet-school. Because getting a C is only average, meaning you're not strong in that field at all.

I know what you mean, I'm actually a Pre-Vet right now and let me tell you is not as easy as it seems. The courses that you will have to take are a pain in the ass. You must be extremly good in math and science ESPICALLY Chemistry. What my counsalor said is that its harder when you start as Pre-Vet because the compitiion to get into Vet School is VERY hard not kidding! You must not get lower than a B in your Math and Science Courses.
