We have tens of thousands of soldiers right now in Germany and Japan 60 years after WWII, and in Korea decades after the Korean War. It is a standard practice of the United States to keep a residual pretense after a war.
Also, socialized health care would cost over $1 Trillion every year; with that we could fund 10 Iraq Wars (the Iraq war costing $100 Billion per year).

Well, actually, we don't all have hatred for Americans or even a bad attitude. For example, in Alberta, where I live, the Americans are basically our closest allies. We hate the Quebecer and Ontario motherfuckers, and frankly, some of us would rather Alberta be the 51st state. We are not your enemy.
And just so you know, just the guys in the way, way, WAYYYYY north part of Canada live in igloos, and only for part of the year. Nobody here lives in igloos all the time.

Obama went to Kenya in 2006 to campaign for his terrorist cousin Odinga. Odinga wanted to force Islam and shariah laws on that Christian nation. I am scared for the fate of this nation. I have little doubt that if he wins the nomination, he will beat McCain, since he'll get a massive bloc vote just for being black, young, and liberal. This is going to be a bad next four years. On the bright side, as Bonecrkr pointed out, the Democratic party is going to lose almost all of its credibility, and good times are sure to follow Obama's reign of terror.
