Ha so I was right. A newly wed on a high horse. :) anyway its still a good instructional video and I like that u r trying to help people stay together. To me yr advice is a little sanctimonious though.

What does 'dont cheat on yr bf/gf' have to do with staying together for the kids? You look pretty young in this video. Statistically most people either divorce in the first three years or as their kids hit adolescence. You dont look like youve been there yet. Lots of adults r living in nighrmares 4 thr kids who have no idea and dont appreciate it

@sabaqat I've actually been married for three years. What "don't cheat on your bf/gf means' is that you should conduct your relationships honorably. Get good a relationships. When you get married, if you are good at relationships in general, the whole experience goes much smoother.

@givewarachance117 Yeah, after seeing how my parents treat each other, my sister and I signed a pact. We called it the "don't be a douche" pact. Whenever I am tempeted to say a mean thing to a family member, or do something that would hurt them, I just remember that wonderful pact, "Don't be a douche." and everything turns out Ok....

Hi. Really good tutorial but, i felt i needed to correct you on the second power chord of the chorus. Its not like the other power chord. If you familar with the song first date, he uses it here but in a diff place. its

E STRING = 2 FRET

A STRING = 5 FRET

D STRING - 4 FRET.

If you count each part in groups of 16, so 1,2,3,4,5 etc up to 16, On the first 16 counts you are playing the barred chord as he shows it on the 3rd fret making a G - play each odd number as an upstroke, even as a downstroke.

On the second 16 counts, you play on the 2nd fret (F#) for the first 14 counts (same stroke pattern on each count) and then when you get to count 15 take your first finger off the low E string playing it open on the downstroke, then put it back on the second fret for 16.

The chorus is wrong just play the 3-5 powerchord then move your index finger to the second fret so it is 2-5 power chord alot easier and sounds better

this is pretty accurate but take off distortion and put on just a little bit of echo and i little bit of phaser. thats how tom plays it. actually if you have a line six amp, when you put it to clean it has the perfect effects for this.
